It took 30 mins to get 1 BLT. 30 MINUTES. In what world does that make any sense. This location need to learn something called TIME MANAGEMENT. and some faster employees.

People line up right beside booths in this store. Delay in getting online order. Bagel not double toasted as I asked for. Barely toasted.

You should not have to sit in a drive thru line up for 10 minutes because someone orders a pizza. They need to do something about this. Why can't they have these people pull up to a dedicated parking spot to wait for their pizza so they can continue the not so great service we are used to!?

The night staff here know how to make a GOOD coffee! Haven’t had a timmies coffee this good (made correctly and not burnt tasting) for awhile, I will only come here at night now ??

I was disappointed when I saw flies in the breads.My son wanted more timbits after he ate 4 pieces timbits and I just stand front up the counter to order more.After I saw flies flew around breads I talked to them but no one responsed to me and another cashier said “Idk ”.Pls carefully orchestrated them.
This was a hit for us coming the US. I loved the savory pastries
