You spend more time waiting in line, being ignored as the most of the employees are to busy with the mobile orders. There is times I have walked in and stood waiting at the counter as there was no one in line, and waited over 10mins. The employe did not acknowledge me once, then a line started of 4 other people showed up that is when the employee came and took my order. I have witness Employees arguing with customers when they made the wrong drink and the employee will very rudely tell the customer NO you didnt order that you order this, where do the employees get off being rude to the customers and telling them what they ordered. When the customer was never rude to them. I try my best to go to any other location then this one.

New update to review. Went for the first time since leaving this. And yet again, staff not listening. One of the drinks were wrong, and missing items. This location really needs to have management over seeing their staff. They clearly don’t care about their job
Literally sat for almost 5 min in the drive through to make a one drink order to not be served. Left. So annoying. Train your staff to multitask. Not hard
