Mostly efficient. Occasionally get a new employee who’s unfamiliar with the price structure in RRTR contest, or doesn’t speak much English, but this place has lovely managers, who get them back on track, and gently make sure their training progresses onward.
A very clean and friendly location. I was so impressed I wanted to compliment the manager and I got the owner! I think her name was Joanne. She was lovely. You can tell that the owner is hands on in this location by the exceptional quality compared to other Tim’s! Keep up the great work! I will definitely be returning to this Tim’s.
Today May 31st, we ordered 2Brkfast sandwitches and coffee,waited 10+minutes to get the order, they ran out of eggs,the girl suggested double sausage ,I said ok, but the english muffins were not toasted .The place was busy with about 11 people inline.They prioritize the DRIVE THRU customers more than the INSTORE CUSTOMERS.We went home to toast the muffins.
