I was ordered 3 breakfast wrap 2 no cheese, 1 with cheese but without write anything on paper and then no sauce I don’t know how ??? Next … coffe regular they gave me coffe with cream no sugar I had a bad mood today because I paid for $21 for family breakfast and see what I have ??? Not recommend anyone order here again!!!!!

I went through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons today and ordered a medium half hot chocolate/half French vanilla and a holiday sugar cookie. Instead, I drove away with a chocolate chip cookie and a coffee with only half French vanilla in it. I didn’t realize the order was wrong until I got home. It’s really disappointing that this location can’t seem to get a simple order correct.

Very often I am spoken to rudely at the drive thru and feel rushed or pressured to make an order when I’m asking questions about the menu. Typically if a machine is broken or if they ran out of something that I would like to order and use an offer off of the app, the place would accommodate by giving me an option for something else of the same value that’s available on the menu so that my offer would work. Rather than offering me anything they just keep shutting the door in my face and passing me over to someone else that I need to explain the situation to and get disrespected for their delay in timing after. This was very rude as they hardly had people inside and the drive thru was practically empty so the rude rushing was not necessary. I don’t appreciate this style of service and have seen the absolute contrary at various chains. This upsets me as I am a frequent customer, but now I’m hesitant and will prefer driving farther away to the other Tom Horton’s.

Had a very pleasant experience with Riddhi at this location. She was friendly and appeared to enjoy her job. Coffee was typical Tim’s, hot, fresh and delicious. What was appealing at this location was the breakout room with its long table, suitable for a group of 8-10, plus a couple of comfy chairs. (Couldn’t take photos as room was occupied). Really liked this location, and enjoyed rhe hockey decor!

This has to be one of the slowest Timmy’s in Guelph.
Nobody there seems to have a sense of urgency, particularly during the morning rush. People have to be at work, school or their medical appointments, and I don’t have enough time or patience for a 10-minute wait at the drive-thru.
This morning, I was frustrated with your slow service time. The lineup at the drive thru wasn’t particularly long. When I received my order, a manager (I assume) told me that I would not be welcome there because of my behaviour.
That’s no big loss. Timmy’s has grown too big and arrogant, thinking their iconic status in Canada is enough to attract customers. I know better; there are plenty of great breakfast options in Guelph and area. One of them is my own kitchen.
