Got turned away because I didn't have a car at the drive-through. Pretty cringe throwing your business out of the window (literally) instead of serving someone in need. The young girl who spoke to me needs some help with customer service.

They're pretty busy almost always, but the staff is extremely friendly, super fast (even with always being swamped), and have never messed up an order of mine. Everyone seems to communicate efficiently on the floor, clearly they're doing something right.
The times I get lunch wraps or bowls from here, they've always had fresh& clean vegetables & great proportions, 10/10.
I've noticed they could have a bit more patience with newer/younger staff, otherwise the best Tim's in Guelph.
Dietary restrictions: Staff is lovely with recommending alternatives when they don't have what you originally were ordering. (Which is rare)
Kid-friendliness: Not very loud or much yelling at all in comparison to other spots
Wheelchair accessibility: Working buttons & ramps, lots of space to move inside

On the morning shift of August 25, 2024, I noticed that one of the staff member (order picker)was displaying a somewhat rude attitude towards customers. While I understand that he might not be feeling well, it’s important to ensure that this doesn’t affect his interactions with customers.

This place has the worst customer service I have experienced in any tim hortons. We were placing order via drive thru and whoever the male employee was tried to rush us through the order multiple times. We even mentioned that we would like to order more and he would still ask us to drive ahead after every order. We asked to speak with the person while at the payment window just to let them know not to rush their customers and the same guy (Alex) was trying to shut us and talking rudely without even listing to our feedback. They should really consider into training/hiring good employees.

This specific location can be pretty bad with lack of food sometimes. I used to go there before starting my night shift and always got disappointed and told me they don't have anything other than coffee because they were baking. It was a peak hour and very early in the evening (between 9pm and 10pm). Yesterday was my first time going there in 2 years. Hopefully they have changed that system
