Morning crew is great! Afternoon shift not so much. How does one sit in the drive through line for 10 minutes when there is only 1 car ahead and they also got 2 coffees. Thought maybe waiting for new pot or something. When I finally got mine is was luke warm. Twice this week.

This Tim Hortons is an absolute joke. We got two coffees and two bagels and somehow had a $25 bill. They made sure to charge us for extra bacon, extra sauces, and then didn’t even bother giving us what we asked for. What we got was sloppy, wrong, and a sad excuse for food.
The staff? Completely clueless. It’s like they’re competing for “World’s Worst Service.” Allergic to competence. No attention to detail, no care, just blank stares and a bill that makes you feel robbed. Honestly, how do you manage to screw up coffee and bagels? That’s literally your entire brand.
This location is proof that not all Tim Horton’s are created equal, some are just black holes of mediocrity where money, time, and sanity go to die. If you enjoy overpaying for food made by people who don’t care, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go to ANY other Tim’s in town.

Location is great as I can walk in and out to grab a coffee on my way to work. Fast and friendly service. Whenever I have my sister's family dog, we go through the drive thru for a timbit and the workers are always smiling when they see her.

I’ve been ordering their egg and cheese wraps and usually go home to eat them. They’ve been adding meat for the past 5 wraps, which is disgusting because I don’t eat meat and a huge hassle because I have to go back to fix this problem. This Tim’s keeps screwing up orders. Not going back, and don’t go here in general.

This is definitely one of the better Tim Hortons I've been too! Speedy service, and really friendly service. I would definitely recommend this Tim's and the one at 7:15 Wellington. They have the same owner for both stores and she definitely cares about serving Guelph with great customer service!
