I had a simple order which is small Regular coffee. Instead I get a cold coffee and extremely sweet too. Since I drive for the city unfortunately didn't had enough time to go back and explain to shift supervisor. Therefore I just end up stopped somewhere and dumped in trash . So disappointed with service .

While I don't often go to Tim Hortons (I still am in the midst of my semi-consistent years long Boycott due to the whole 'let's make shittier boston creams' and 'Let's get rid of walnut crunches' corporate decision) - when I do go, it's to this location, since the staff are courteous.
It also helps that when Chris is on shift, I can rant about the aforementioned issues - and it won't look like his eyes are in the process of glazing over. (I am so sorry I keep doing it, though. It hurts me bone deep. Soul Deep.)
Anyways, Tim Hortons sucks, but if you're going to go to any location, 28 wellington is better than most.
