Today I ordered a slow-cooked chicken wrap at this location. I briefly used the washroom, and when I returned my order was ready. The staff member did not acknowledge me, avoided eye contact, and placed my food on the staff side of the counter instead of handing it to me or placing it on the customer pickup counter. This is not acceptable customer service. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and as a result I chose not to accept the order. I expect better service from Tim Hortons.

This place sucks bottom I went to order an small coffee for my dad and 10 old-fashioned plain Tim bits but I get ripped off when getting my refund because they didn’t have the plain because they gave them to someone else. Also they were yelling at each other and they do not have full trainings. One does not know how to get a refund.
I hit this Tims every morning on my way to work and they know my order as soon as they hear my voice! Awesome staff

These guys are amazing!! I went thru the drive thru and was gone in no time. In fact, they had my order ready by the time I got to the window. The staff are all super friendly and it appeared as if they were having fun and enjoying their jobs. What a wonderful experience it was!!
