The staff were weirdly argumentative. Trying to order a bagel with bacon and it got them so confused, even when I pointed it out on the menu. Poor trainee called over another staff member who began to argue with me that I wanted a BELT. Need some training but also why are they picking fights with customers. I walked out. Nice interior though.

Came to this location, three days in a row in the morning between 7 AM and 10 AM, and their latte or espresso machine has been down every single day. Apparently it gets overheated because people are ordering a lot of espresso drinks. Worst is there’s no signage or even communication with the staff to relay this information to customers. Waste of time as this location gets very busy too. How is an essential piece of equipment not repaired at a busy location like this?

Wouldn’t recommend either it’s really busy or They take a while to make anything Had to wait 10 mins for a large steep tea… I didn’t want to go thru the drive thru but it would have been faster

I really loved this place. Not only one of the best Tim Hortons branches in Guelph but across Ontario. The staff are very understanding, knowledgeable and accommodating to all my asks, and easy to communicate with. The food is always fresh, delicious and tasty, clearly made with passion. The place is also well designed in a modern and neat style. Although I didn’t get a chance yet to dine-in as I always go for grab n go, but I like ordering from inside the store rather than the drive through to get a chance to enjoy the atmosphere. A special thanks to everyone working there as well as the manager of this branch, please keep it up.

Hey , I am a permanent customer of this location at night time but unfortunately It’s been couple of days , a new guy who makes you wait for 7-8 minutes just for a coffee , I don’t know his name but it seems to be the new one , I barely skip visiting there . Everyone in the night shift is so nice , hardworking and they know how to work in fast paced environment. Not only me but also 2 of other cars were also speaking shit about that new guy for taking 10 minutes just for a bagel .

Ordered the loaded box with sausage today. I was told they didn’t have scrambled eggs, so they’d be using the sandwich egg instead. That was fine, but when I got home and opened the box, there was no sausage at all. Pretty disappointing to order something and not receive what was advertised. Not impressed with the quality control here.

I was very pleased - I went on a Saturday morning and they had all the food in stock I wanted to order. As usual the Saturday line was long BUT it was not a long wait as it was steadily flowing. Definitely recommend.
They gave us burnt bun for supreme stack which is not eatable. They did not accept it first and started arguing . After that ,they gave new food . Please accept it if you done any mistake which is totally understandable

I consistently have a wonderful experience thanks to Tamara, who is a delightful individual that enhances my day. Additionally, Tracey, the leader of the morning staff, is truly exceptional. Alisha, with her consistently positive demeanor, always greets me with a cheerful good morning, further uplifting my spirits. The entire staff demonstrates remarkable efficiency. I would rate my experience a solid five stars for everyone involved!
