DEC 27TH on way home from a long trip. Stopped in to order 2 Bagels with cream cheese. Not very busy. Was like we were eating dried bread. Minimal cream cheese. Very light spread and not on whole bagel. Need to teach staff further prep and should be better monitored. So disappointing.

I request to the management, please work on afternoons. Crew is really really slow. I was waiting in drive thru for 15 mins. And when i came to the window they did not even put my order in correctly. And coffee was not even hot. And they are so confused all the time. Please give them more training. It was ridiculous. Poor service. I come to this location almost every day, i never put a review, but i am facing this issue everyday, so i put a review today.

Night shift guy on drive through took around ten minutes to make my basic coffee order, then forgot to charge for the muffin on the bill that was next to him and took another couple more minutes to recharge me. Moving super slowly. Morning staff are great and it's otherwise a great location.

I come here often while I wait for my son to finish lessons nearby and I haven't had good service a single time. There seems to be only one employee that knows what he's doing in the whole store
The butter they serve with the bun as the side of the chili dish is always hard , like it's stored too cold . It's impossible to spread... Also the bun itself could be warmed up in my opinion. But the flavour of everything is good though.
