ALL Tim Hortons should get back to their Canadian roots. Back when the workers cared about what they do and you can actually understand what they say.. This location is garbage. I order an Iced Cap every time and it never tastes the same twice. When I pull up to the drive thru im greeted with some kind of noise (I actually don't know what the guy says. Can't understand him) the server even used cream that was is some random cup sitting on the counter, and also used too much of it. I've given this location many chances, was good through the summer when a different woman was always there, but now its steadily bad. I will not be returning to this location anymore..

Workers were really nice, but I guess when you pay $7 for tiny wraps, you pay for burnt chicken that tastes terrible.

Really bad expirience with the south indian guy. Really bad attitude and always make faces. Not just one time but every time i order from there. He thinks he owns the store.

Lacations have been hit or miss in the last few years at tim hortons, but the newest bunch just cannot get an order right. Over the past month, the service at this tim hortons has just gotten rediculous. You litterally never know what your going to get. One employee would always say they dont have steeped tea, just because they didnt want to put a new pot on. But after todays order getting messed up AGAIN, i told the guy he single handly lost my buisiness to all tim hortons. You guys need to do better!

Not what I used to be
Dear Tim Hortons Management,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service and food quality I received at your location on May 30, 2025.
Upon arriving at the store, I waited over 7 minutes for someone to take my order. Despite standing at the counter, no staff member acknowledged me or made any effort to assist. To make matters worse, one of the employees appeared to mock me by dancing in front of me, which was highly inappropriate and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
When I finally placed my order for a Crispy Chicken Craveable, I left the store expecting a decent meal. However, upon reaching my destination, I found that the food was completely burnt and inedible. Not only was I unable to eat, but my time and money were wasted, leaving me deeply dissatisfied.
This experience has left a very negative impression. I have visited other Tim Hortons locations where the staff are professional and the service is excellent—this particular branch, unfortunately, failed to meet even basic standards.
I hope this matter is taken seriously, and I request appropriate action be taken to ensure other customers do not face a similar experience.
