Just stopped by the Tim Hortons at Gordon and Kortright. They were very understaffed and it looked like just one young man doing it all on his own. Wish I had asked his name because he was fantastic! He was clearly rushing around to get all the orders out and yet he did it with a smile and the utmost of professionalism. Thank you!!

What kind of joke is this. Asked for SMALL latte. Can't even fill proper cup with frothed milk? I get that inflation is hitting hard. At least reduce the cup size before reducing the amount of drink in it.

I've always had really decent service at this Tim's but over the past 2 days I've had the pleasure of being served by Julia. Julia was kind, welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable. She recommended I try a different tea the next time I am in and gave a great detailed but short explanation for why she likes it. I might just try her suggestion next. Thank you Julia!

Meadow is a scammer. Tells people to cancel on their end for the Uber order so they keep the food and don’t get in trouble since it’s “paid” uber won’t refund bc they accept the order although the items are “missing”

You had a free coffee on points" ... so I paid $4.85 for the advertised $3 sandwich because they say I didn't "buy" a coffee! This is crazy. Would have preferred to save the free coffee. False advertising. I ordered a sandwich with a coffee as per the promo.
