I have been a loyal customer for years at this specific location I always keep to myself but I can no longer! The staff is amazing! But as someone who also works in customer service I just can’t take their manager any longer I have been informed her name is Rachel! I have never encountered a more lazy, rude and obnoxious person in my life! Every stop I make into the store she is always sitting down! Mind you still having the nerve to yell at her co-worker’s delegating orders when they are doing their jobs better than her! A manager should be an example not the equivalent to the female version of emperor Niro! She is even rude to staff right in front of customers! Even customers themselves! What a great reputation you leave behind! Not! Get off your behind be nicer to customers and your staff! I have never felt so uncomfortable from a person in my life! Rachel some advice for you is simple care more for the people around you that way maybe they would care for you in return but it seems all the staff walks on eggshells and I think she is a major problem to staff and customers mental health!
Last night, it was raining when I went to get coffee. A new staff member was cleaning and treated me very politely. They quickly washed their hands and made my coffee carefully. I have visited here many times, and the night staff are always very kind and helpful,

mediocre service with portly prepared food

I went in the store and asked them to remake the iced lattes me and my friend got in the driveway because they were literally white and tastes like sugar and milk. i order iced latte everyday from timmies and they never look like this. she argued with me that they are meant to be like that. i asked her to remake them and the new ones she made they literally looked and tastes the exact same. me and my friend couldn’t drink them because they were so gross

Forgot to make a drink in my order and proceeded to take other orders....finally had to ask for my drink...they had 4 staff on site at the time and were not that busy

Very very bad services now they don’t give bag no napkins
Got a veggie habanero wrap in the drive thru late at night, first asked if they had it and they said yes but when I got my wrap it was really cold and stale. The rice was very cold too and there was an unexpected amount of sauce inside of the wrap. Did not end up having my dinner.

The staff working in order window in drive way is very rude. She will yelling at customer, which is not good as a service staff. The staff here needs to be trained.

I just dealt with the rudest interaction I’ve ever had at a drive through window. I kindly asked the woman if the farmers wraps are offered (McDonald’s used to do all day breakfast so I wasn’t sure if that was offered here). I politely asked her if that was offered and she gave me a rude back hand comment about it being 4p.m in a condescending undertone. I understand people have bad days on their job but there’s no reason to take it out on your customers. In no way was my question prefaced rudely and I was even polite after the manager told me there’s no more buns for the ham and cheese sandwiches. It was the Blonde woman working July 16th at 4:15p.m doing the drive through window. I’m not one to write negative reviews online but she needs to be reprimanded by her supervisor for acting rude while being the point of contact for people in drive through window.

What happened to quality? I had the beef and cheddar artisan sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting! I remember when they first came out they were delishes. Now ??? Maybe a couple grams of beef that was 50% fat and gristle, and a couple crispy onions pieces. Last time I ever order that again! 🤮 The worker was nice though....

Horrible service, items are always missing or overly late or unavailable. Staff is impossible to get a hand from. Be prepared to wait 10 mins and remind atleast 2 employees for your medium brewed coffee.
