Placed a mobile order on the Tim Hortons app for a Take 12 coffee and marked it for Drive-Thru pickup. I arrived 10 minutes later, waited in the Drive-Thru line and was told to park and wait another 10 minutes. What’s the point of selecting Drive-Thru pickup if the orders aren’t even prepared properly? Horrible service.

Most of the service workers are so unbelievably rude. They act like you’re an inconvenience for being there and ordering, and ignore walk-in customers while only catering to the drive through. After so many bad experiences with so many of the workers, I feel forced to leave this review. I added an extra star though because the coffee is pretty decent.
I came to the drive-through at night, and the workers did not notice my car. It claims to be a 24 hour Tim Hortons drive-through however the workers did not acknowledge that..
