Ordered takeout and got three different dishes. The base of each dish was very good but the injera was repulsive vs. Other injera I’ve in the past. Firstly, I recognize that it will not be the same as eating fresh out of the oven. That said, it was so soggy, cold and honestly not very good tasting that we threw more than 90% of it away which seems like a sad waste (we order extra naan when ordering Indian and it’s always good. DELICIOUS and all fresh, hand made and big servings!! SO GOOD and had enough left over for another meal. Beautiful injera. And, hey, 5$ beer!
