Ice dispenser in the fountain drink machine (they have 2 machines) are always broken and staff rolls their eyes when you ask them for ice. Also the drink I want is often out and the touch screen on both machines barely works. One of the 2 ketchup dispensers was empty and 1 of the 2 stalls in the bathroom is usually out of toilet paper.

This location was a quick stop for me after a meeting. It's unlike many other locations in the GTA. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly and they have the awesome coke machines that allow you to choose your drink, like the ones at wonderland and at silver city cinemas.
The washrooms were clean too to my surprise. Good job.

What happened? Burger and fries very small portioned..no ice for drinks and most varieties not available. Used to be good, absolutely disappointing...Just aweful
Was given the wrong sandwich for an order. Brought it back to swap to the correct sandwich and the counter staff was really rude and insistent that I messed up my own order? She basically threw the new sandwich at me when it was ready. Won't be coming back to this location.

Terrible management with her teams. I called to speak to the manager and she wouldn’t give me her name. I ordered a combo and a sandwich which cost me $27 and I asked for ketchup and the host Micheal threw the ketchup in my bag as I was holding the bag and slammed his window at me after he said next time be more specific, more ketchup on the burgers or in the bag!!! What an idiot!! Next time he should ask if he didn’t know!! Never going back!

Been coming to this Wendy’s for over 2 years, never been disappointed. If there’s ever any technical difficulties with the app they always make it work and give me my order according to the offer scan. Kind staff, quick service, positive overall energy. Never had a mix up in an order. Amazing branch 🙌🏼
