Terrible management with her teams. I called to speak to the manager and she wouldn’t give me her name. I ordered a combo and a sandwich which cost me $27 and I asked for ketchup and the host Micheal threw the ketchup in my bag as I was holding the bag and slammed his window at me after he said next time be more specific, more ketchup on the burgers or in the bag!!! What an idiot!! Next time he should ask if he didn’t know!! Never going back!

Been coming to this Wendy’s for over 2 years, never been disappointed. If there’s ever any technical difficulties with the app they always make it work and give me my order according to the offer scan. Kind staff, quick service, positive overall energy. Never had a mix up in an order. Amazing branch 🙌🏼

They Argued with me said I didn't order what I ordered then they said we'll this is our last 2 potatoes doesn't mater if you order 3 which I did Spent 64.15 and then so she gave me fries to replace the one bake potatoe then I go back to table and they still shorted me a fry after all the BS and then managed gives me attitude like its my fault WOW I spent alot of money at wendys weekly woodlawn Guelph Gave me the fry after checking receipt did not apologize

Cutting back is a thing at this location. We ordered two salads and had the top and bottom of the tomato’s sliced into them. Between the two salads there were caps and butts of 5 tomato’s. No meat just the skins. There is a sign on the wall saying wifi is down and they are working hard to get it fixed. That sign has been up since last fall. Our order for a burger was wrong again. We used to come here frequently but it will be awhile before we’re back.

I can't believe it. I was just there to order, and they do not take bills for payment. They went back to check. She came back and said sorry, we don't take paper bills, and I know it's Canadian currency. So sad Things have changed since Jerry sold this franchise.

We are from out of town and just stopped in for a quick lunch . This is the best Wendy's we have ever been to . Very friendly staff at the counter , best fries I have had at a Wendy's freshest food . Excellent job. .

I've visited this location for years Mostly drive through. A while ago they started not giving out straws. You had to ask for it. Today they told me they don't have straws anymore but have a new lid. I was surprised. So while driving it is nearly impossible to drink the drink as the ice blocks the opening. They are worried about plastic straws? Give paper ones. What about the plastic cup and lid?? Come on Wendy's, do better. PS- A&W is right across the street and they have straws.
