We paid extra for the onion ring side thinking it would be in house made onion rings. What we got was the same onion rings you can get in the grocery store freezer. Very disappointed especially when we each paid $3 exrea for the “upgraded onion rings”

Service was extremely slow. It was almost 15 mins before someone came to take our drink order. We ordered everything at that point as we were going to see a show and needed to get out of there at a certain time. My order of fish and chips sat at the window for about 10 mins before my husbands order was ready. We sat down at 5:30 and we were served our food at 6:15. We had to to basically inhale the food to make our show in time. Restaurant was not overly busy so I do not know...

Excellent service, great location, professional employees!! Kudos to Ethan and Jessica!!! Will love to come back and stay at the Western some time. Rooms were amazing. Thanks so much 😊
