The wings were pretty good! Lots of flavours to choose from. The waitress was friendly and somewhat attentive.

The atmosphere was super weird! There were 5 TVs, one playing some sports stuff and the other 4 that were connected to the speakers in the restaurant were playing Coronation Street, a British soap. The episode was about an elderly woman who drove drunk and killed a young woman’s father. The young woman crossed paths on the street with the elderly woman and slapped the elderly woman in the face.

The speakers were super loud in the bathroom too. You couldn’t escape the drama!

It was such a weird vibe. My husband and I were like “what is happening right now?”

Other than that, it was good.

Called to order for pick up.
I could hardly hear the woman on the order end. Which caused sooo much frustration in trying to order.

When we opened our order, none of the wing flavors were marked (total guessing game). And the side Greek salad was not even half the small take out box, if there is one cut up leaf of lettuce I would be shocked and no dressing. I called, they offered me a new salad if I wanted to go pick it up.......ridiculous!

We have gone to this location for years, have never ever had this kind of terrible experience.
We will go elsewhere!

My husband and I both ordered cheeseburgers, and the experience was extremely disappointing. His burger was cold in the center, and both burgers had soggy, wet buns. They looked nothing like the pictures advertised.

On top of the food issues, the restaurant itself was unpleasant. There was a strong BO smell throughout the place, which made it hard to enjoy the meal at all. The bathroom was in poor condition—the soap dispenser was broken, and the trash can was the only thing holding the door open.

Even the seating was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. The chairs felt like they were going to fall apart, and you couldn’t adjust yourself without the back feeling flimsy.

Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we won’t be returning. Do not come here.

The worse restaurant experience I've had. The server didn't seem to even have read the menu. Food was disgusting and bathrooms even more disgusting. Service absolutely horrible. Clearly just a husband and wife running a restaurant that neither know anything about or care about at all.
Please close doors! You have ruined what used to be a half decent place to go

I’ve eaten here twice, and both times were disappointing. There’s no beer on tap, and the food was just okay at best. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be returning.

The main reason I’m leaving this review is the manager’s attitude. On both visits, he was passive-aggressive and confrontational. Today, while I was entering the plaza to run errands, he drove a black Elantra and pulled directly into traffic, nearly causing an accident. Multiple drivers honked, and instead of acknowledging the situation, he responded by honking back and flipping people off.

After the incident, I went into the restaurant to make sure it was actually him, and the staff confirmed he had just left—confirming it was the same person.

This kind of behavior—both in and out of the restaurant—really reflects poorly on the business.

I’d say this starts at the top.

Franchise clearly has no investment in the name or the people.

Lock the doors.

Service? That was the worst I’ve seen. Menu states served with fires, waitress said doesn’t come with fries we say it says right here in the menu she says I’ll check???
Ordered Willy pickles came out 1 shade lighter than burnt hard as rock disgusting. I bring them up to the bar tell her she says I know I told him I said then you should have never brought them to the table.
Fries that were with my wrap several had a sweet substance on them. That tells me food safety is an issue here. Possibly worse cross contamination.
Washroom was clean but soap dispenser is broke and dollar store hand soap sits on sink and toilet paper dispensers aren’t used instead a roll of toilet paper sits atop.
No pride, no nothing here. It has been years since I’ve been in a Wild Wings - this location needs to lock its doors. The Franchise needs to work on steps of service, training and stay on top of site visits to ensure locations like this are doing things right.

I have never felt the need to leave a restaurant review until now. The service was not even terrible, it was non-existent. Dined with a large group 20+ ppl (reservations made) and there was only 1 staff member scheduled. Guests from our own party took it upon themselves to take and serve orders. The server did not come to our table once but did ask that our tip be paid in cash?? Haha! Mind blowing. The food was barely edible , the dining area was not very clean and please don’t even look at the windows/window treatments- absolute filth. I’m beginning to wonder why we even stayed. Please, dodge a bullet or food poisoning and dine elsewhere.

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. Had to send back food 3 times, as still frozen in middle. Aside from the horrible smell of backed up sewage, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Absolutely disgusting
