During our most recent visit, we were not welcome at Williams Cafe. We are regular customers ready to order and we were told they would not allow us to stay in the restaurant because we brought some ice cream (almost empty) from the store beside that we were planning to finish while waiting for our order. We mentioned that we were not aware of the cafe policy and that next time we would not bring any food. Still we were told they would not take our order telling us to leave. Very disappointed in the customer service today.

Unfortunate visit. They totally forgot our desert and we waited until we gave up and finally approached them. The two young girls were too busy chatting. To boot the desert was dry and stale.

Ordered a BLT w/avocado and the avocado slices were rock hard, not even close to being ripe. Surprised that the person slicing or preparing the sandwich did not notice that. More disappointingly, nothing was done to fix the situation.

I used to rate this place 5stars but over the last multiple occasions, quantity and quality has dropped. Their expensive cake is also half the size. I wasn't allowed to switch my drink even though it tasted bad and I only had one sip of it without being charged for a whole new drink.

Williams is usually so great, I use it to study often, however was recently asked to move to make room for more people because it was the lunch rush, I took a look around and no one was waiting for a table, more tables were available, I was also a paying customer so I’m unclear as to why we were asked to move. We ultimately left and likely won’t return.

Williams is one of my favourite go to cafes to grab a bite to eat or some good quality coffee! I’ve been here many times and the quality of food has always been great and staff is kind.
However, pick-up process for online ordering needs some improvement. I used to wait in line until someone kindly told me i could sit at the pick-up table the next time i order ahead. I did so today, however, no one attended to me and about 7 other people/groups were helped that were in line but no one checked with me so i was forced to get in line after waiting for about 10-15 mins. If there’s like one specific chair label it, cause i just sat in a seat at the table and kept looking and staff waiting for someone to help me yet three different staff members glanced and moved on with other duties, pretty frustrating. it wasn’t even that busy this time, there were two different moments when the line was cleared and they still didn’t think to just check with me while I’m sitting there waiting all by myself, not reading a book, not on any devices, just watching them do their work…

The customer service here is really bad. They don’t wait until customers leave to clean the place. They ask you to change seats and lift your legs up to clean it. Not only that the way they ask is not even professional. They don’t wait for you to finish your drink and keep coming to take your cup, mind you we just arrived there like 15 min ago. I think they need to train the stuff :)
