My favourite café in Guelph. However, the café seems to close earlier than advertised. On this Saturday evening I arrived around 9:15pm only the find the Cafe closed (45 minutes early) with some of the waiters inside. The hours of operation need to be consistent or changed officially.

2025-08 - Breakfast was extremely unimpressive microwave eggs and undercooked microwave bacon. Our order was actually missed, so after 20 minutes we needed to chase down. Windows haven’t been cleaned in a long while, lots of dust on the booths, and table cards advertising April specials. This place clearly has lost professional management. Shame.

It’s really bad when you go to a place to get a coffee just to be treated like you’re a nuisance. Terrible customer service at the front, and the cookies tasted like fridge.

Purchased BLT/Avocado..not sure what I paid for...$11.00...other than Avocado hardly any tomatoe, bacon,lettuce? Came with coleslaw....maybe a teaspoon on the plate.. at least pickle 1/4 of was a good size. Stingy with contents! Disappointing....although saw someone with veggie wrap which looked generous. Lots of customers....maybe I ordered the wrong item🤔

Food quality has gone downhill over the years to the point where I don't think I'm going to bother anymore. I've eaten here a couple of times over the last year and it's been mediocre each time. They even forgot to put the apple in my wife's turkey apple cramberry sandwich, for goodness sake!. Go for a coffee, sure, but when it comes to light food, Guelph has many better options for around the same price point.

I drove from work to get this, only for them to miss a very part of my order which I had specifically asked for this, called back to tell them and this and the response was they cannot deliver this to me and there's nothing that can be done about that, I was really upset but they don't seem to care.
My colleagues and I went to Williams during work, and their manager Het went out of their way to treat us and recommended the best things to try. We had the matcha, lemonade, and their specialty cheese danish. Huge thanks to Het for making our day amazing!

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a quick coffee, a casual meal, or getting some work done with their free Wi-Fi. The décor gives off a modern, almost European vibe, which makes it a great spot for a relaxed coffee date or solo study session. The menu is diverse, offering everything from hearty breakfast options like fluffy scrambled eggs with bacon to gourmet sandwiches and vibrant salads. I tried their Signature House Salad with poppy seed dressing, and it was fresh, flavorful, and packed with veggies—definitely a healthy choice! The coffee, especially their Signature Blend, was a highlight; it’s rich and bold, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. They also have a great selection of desserts, and the cheesecake was a creamy, indulgent treat. The staff were friendly and attentive, with quick service despite the café being fairly busy. I appreciated the effort they put into accommodating dietary needs. I’m looking forward to trying it out next time.

This used to be a nice place for lunch, but not anymore. I ordered a salad and waited for it for 30 minutes. After I asked the reason for the wait, I was informed that there was a delay because I have switched the table. Meanwhile, nobody showed up with the order at my original table, which was just across from where I was sitting. I ended up going back to work without ever receiving my order and without any apology either. I made sure to get my refund, though. A very disappointing service, they just lost a long time customer. Don't need owners generic apologies...
