Quite disappointing just wanted the manager asks young lady studying to move from a booth to a smaller seat for others to use the booth just for a single gentle man to take the booth seat once she was moved.

Disappointed with the product - Got served with the cappuccino with full white foam at the top - whereas I saw designs made for other people. Not sure what impressions I gave them to do this. Ambience is not great as well - lighting sucks.

Normally I don’t have an issue with this place. Takes time to get stuff, but today I went with my partner. She asked for strawberries instead of bananas on her waffle and ended up getting bananas anyway. It’s fine, we can take them off, but asked if we could have the strawberries for her. The proceeded to get them for us and we noticed that some the guy gave us were rotten 🤮 little disappointed with this visit.

Had a terrible experience here. For starters the fridge was turned off at the front where all the drinks and yogurt parfaits were. No sign to say if the fridge was broken and when it was mentioned to the cashier she didn’t know the fridge was off until she asked another employee who said, “yes it’s off”. Ordered a side soup with a mac and cheese dish. Got the mac and cheese first and it was lukewarm to cold. When the soup arrived to the table, it was brought to their attention that the mac and cheese was not hot. When asked if the soup was hot, she said “oh the soup is hot we just made it”. The soup was in fact not hot and actually cold. Don’t lie about just making the food when you are actually serving customers cold food that is supposed to be hot. Workers not friendly either.

Ordered chicken shawarma bowl and chicken quesadillas. The chicken in the shawarma bowl was cold, onion slices in the bowl had skin on it, and potato wedges were not crispy and dripping in oil. The quesadillas had negligible filling; felt more like cheese quesadillas than chicken and cheese quesadillas. Very disappointed, never coming back and never recommending this to others.
Enjoy going to paint nights but the prices are a bit high and the restrooms need a lot of work. They are run down and not the cleanest.

Good place to go for a quick bite. A bit pricey, ordered chicken quesadilla and it came with 2 salsas instead of sour cream. All in all, their food is good and service is fast.

Ordered classic breakfast with no issues. When it came, it had zero bacon and the chef had instructed they had none left. When I went back to ask the server, he said they ran out and he forgot to tell me completely and that they subbed it with more potatoes. On top of this the scrambled eggs weren’t even scrambled. It was eggs mixed up and fried. Tasted like a sponge my egg cake. Will not be coming back to this guelph location. Edit: after posting this the person I was with noticed that the milk used in an iced coffee was chunky. Great impression.

In the past few months the quality of the food have become very bad. Not sure if they hired a new cook that needs to be trained because they are not making the sandwiches the same as described on the menu. I ordered toasted Western Sandwich (without the meat). The bread was not toasted. It had no tomatoes or red onions in it. The peppers were not cooked into the eggs as they usually are. They simply placed a couple of small pieces of peppers over the egg. This is the 4th time I received a sandwich which didn’t have what it was suppose to on it, so I will not be returning.
