I went there last week in the evening with my mates. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The staff were great and the quality of the food was amazing. I highly appreciate and recommend it to others.

I do little dates with my daughters and been here a few times. We came around 12:30pm today, the guy at the register was lovely and even when he brought us drinks/food asked if we needed anything else. He had a very warm approachable personality. Latte was good, kiddos were happy with the waffles. Last week I came here as well around 2pm on a Sunday and a different guy at cash was also very accommodating to us adding on to our order and making sure everything was perfect. I saw him explain the menu to an older lady and their app and he was so patient. Only down side is the students sitting there for hours with just a coffee order. Regular folks come in wanting a seat and are discouraged and leave when it is busy. I think they need to think of implementing some kind of a policy about that.

Absolutely terrible since the new owners took over!!Food not cooked properly...lousy miserable staff...don't waste your money..!!!
I highly advise against visiting that establishment for their coffee. The Americano I was served was absolutely dreadful, and to top it off, the waiter who prepared my food and served me was extremely impolite and neglected to wash his hands between cleaning the restaurant and handling my order. The coffee had a surprisingly salty aftertaste that left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite being the only customer there, the waiter acted as if my presence was a burden and impatiently made me repeat my order. I regret spending $10 at this place and will never return. I have had better coffee and customer service at gas stations.

Garbage service from the employee with the cast on the left harm, she was rude, unprofessional, and when i asked her about my drink that i waited for for 5min she said just wait and kept talking to a guy from virgin and proceeded to make his drink and gave him a cake for free and kept flirting with him, the manager should fire her asap for stealing and her attitude

We were helped by Sam. She was amazing. Running around helping all stations to make sure the line of customers were assisted quickly. Warm crossaint and smile were the perfect pick us up to keep the shopping going.
