We had lunch today in Guelph, and this was our second time visiting that place.
We were four people, and three orders were fine, but my vegetarian plate (Mixed Vegetables with Satay Sauce and Bean Thread in Hot Pot ) was very disappointing. It was completely tasteless — just noodles topped with unseasoned vegetables.
I paid about $17 for a dish that I could only take a few bites of.
I regret visiting that place and paying for a meal that didn’t satisfy my hunger.
I ordered home delivery today thinking that they will be very busy tomorrow on Mothers day. The delivery person came to the door with paper and pen in hand and wanted us to sign. We are both High Risk seniors with organ transplant and diabetis. We declined to sign also our credit card was already charged. If you love sweet and sour pork, this place is a MUST.. really really great food. Enjoyed everything I ate. Appropriate serving sizes and fabulous homemade taste.
(Dinner for 2 B… the one with sweet and sour pork.. is a personal favourite!)
