Z-Teca is hands-down one of the best Mexican burrito spots I’ve ever been to. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are perfect, and the flavours hit every single time. The staff are super friendly and quick.
The burritos are loaded, the bowls taste amazing, and the salsas actually have flavour—not just heat. Everything tastes clean and high-quality, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.

Terrible service. Ordered a meal to go, they forgot an item. Attempted to phone the number listed and there was no answer after many many many attempts to phone. Had to drive back just to get the item. Also ordered. a burrito with guacamole, charged 2.50 extra and they neglected to put any on the burrito. When approached was advised by staff they couldn’t as the burrito would be too saucy, but had no intention of returning the money back.

Went in for the first time the other day, the process is simple and the service is fast. VERY generous portions, especially with the protein, which I find businesses tend to be stingy with. One order lasted me 2 meals.

I consistently have an amazing experience here, and this 3 star rating is JUST for the head office - there is no way to contact this location via google or the website. Today I put an online order in, which can apparently be only done on the quarter hour, and by the time I hit submit it was 4:45- which meant it could no longer be ready at 5:00, only 5:15. I had no way to call the location to let them know I would be there at 5, and had to wait. While it did not take long to be ready when I arrived at 5, it was frustrating that I couldn’t simply call to correct the situation.

A pathetic amount of chicken in their burrito. Protein focused people…go elsewhere! My burrito was mostly rice…search for the chicken like “where’s Waldo?” Yay
