Food is fine. It’s a normal burrito place with fresh ingredients. What irked me with this place was the nickle and diming. Wanted the hot sauce on the side (not in the bowl) since my little once can’t do the hot sauce and she was going to eat out of mine. Apperantly it’s extra to get the sauce that would go in a bowl, presented in a separate container.
Sometimes, it’s just better to have good customer service than adhere to rules that make no logical sense
Mostly rice with a sauce that tasted like it had a tonne of mayo in it. No lettuce or salsa, just meat, rice, beans and corn even though I asked for 'everything'. Not very tasty, not great value.

Here's the issue. Their pricing is low, but so are their portions of protein, definately the smallest of all the burrito chains. Why advertise yourself as gourmet? Just be honest and say its a cheap burrito.
Which is all fine. My issue is with the execution: the dude that made my burrito today couldn't care less. I asked for low sauce, and he splashed it. Then I ask for a dash of hot sauce, he flipped the bottle over and smothered it. My co-worker and I were very unimpressed, as is everybody else at the company that told us not to go there. You can't have a 'gourmet' burrito like this.
