I like the cafe. It was hype of this cafe in my friendzone. Finally, we tried it….I had it first time!! I really like the coffee, and the cookie I had was so delicious. The staff was so quick to provide you the service. The atmosphere is nice over there but I guess it’s the busiest. I really like the graphite on the walls!! Must recommend!!

Love Second Cup lattes. So much better tasting than Starbucks lattes. Wish there were more Second Cup locations close to Milton. I make specifc trips from Milton, to the outlets, just to get my drink. Caramel Coretto tastes great, every time!

Excellent service and environment here! I went early in the morning on a weekday so it was not crowded and the barista Maria was really friendly, kind and helpful! Will come again.I really enjoyed the maple latte but the Egg white, pesto, cheese and naan breakfast sandwich was bland - I wouldn't order that again

No one smiles or seems happy to be working there.Some of their food and beverages are better than Starbucks....but the quality of service and the attitude of the staff....unbearable.No one smiles and they always look like they're doing you a favor.Service stinks do bad. Usually there was a very nice smiling lady. Came here 2 months later and the lady today at 16:20 . Waited 5 minutes for her to wash dishes until i complained and asked if anyone is going to serve the clients? Looks like she needs a coffee and more motivation.

When you walk in no one greets you. You wait Infront of the cash with 4 employees Infront of you for 5 minutes and no one acknowledges you. You ask if you can place an order and they say with a lot of attitude as if I did something wrong “give me a minute” no apology, no sense of urgency. If I managed this team I would fire them all with out question! As I will now never go to second cup! #BeBetter

I asked for an iced americano. The server pulled a shot until the cup was full (from the same portafilter with grinds in it!!!). Obviously, it was too bitter to drink, and the server just said that americanos are usually strong. Americanos can be strong but not BITTER!
