I am generally a fan of Second Cup and keep a balance on my app at all times for my visits. Today’s experience reminds me that not all locations have good staff and good service. Was at the Toronto premium outlet location this morning at 10:30, service was poor and slow and staff spent way too much time on personal conversations than paying attention to customers. To top it off there were no napkins out first thing in the morning when people were trying to eat.
