Ordered from this location on Skip. Waited 2 hours. Never got the order. After 1 call, they stopped picking up their phones. Never got a refund. Will never order from here again.

The people who work are just outright rude, I'm not surprised they hold a 2.5 star, do better, you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered during bad weather but if they're open then they're accepting delivery. They do the delivery themselves, had it marked as on the way for 2 hours before I called and was rudely told she couldn't do anything and I'd have to cancel which would mean losing my entire cost of order. If you can't do delivery DO NOT HAVE YOURSELF set to open on a delivery service, they have the option to set your store as pick up only so do your personal diligence and stop having such a disgusting attitude. I live on beach, restaurant on Kenilworth so it's not like it was far. 2 for 1 pizza is how it's listed on Uber eats, avoid at all cost.

Don’t order from this place. Saw them on Uber Eats as 241 Pizza Kenilworth, picked their 2 medium pizzas 3 toppings with 2 dipping sauce item. The delivery time for this place on their storefront on Uber is 15mins. An hour after waiting, i call them and ask about it, and the person on the phone said minimum wait is 2 hours. Wait another hour, give them another. Different guy, was immediately put on hold. Then a few seconds later he was back, then I asked for a update and he said ANOTHER HOUR. I asked if the pizza was in the oven or on its way, and it was hard to hear him, the audio was cutting out but he was saying something, so I asked again and I heard him say it’s on its way and then he HUNG UP ON ME. Slammed the phone down too. Horrible customer service, can’t even rate the food because I haven’t reviewed it and don’t know if I ever will. Should’ve read the reviews for this place before I ordered. Spent a lot on it too. My fault, I guess, according to the other review saying how they were told it was the customer’s fault.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! When I received my order it was missing half the items on my receipt, I called to inquire and was told that the promotions advertised were false, that they don't care that the delivery services are continuously scamming their customers, and that it's only a problem because customers like me are stupid enough to believe the sales as advertised. The lack of care regarding their customers being scammed is gross, and I recommend staying away from this place of business if you'd like to get what you paid for at least.

We ordered a 2 for 1 option on the menu with an ADDED Uber promotion for 2 for 1. It showed on the receipt that we were being sent 4 pizzas and 8 dips. They send 2 pizzas and 6 dips. When we called they escalated it and I heard the owner screaming at my sister on the phone about how the deal is too good to be true and literally called her and all other customers who believed the promotion "stupid" like actually we paid $30 bc of the prospect of large amounts of cheap pizza to feed a full house. If we wanted $15 medium pizzas we would have gone somewhere where the pizzas quality was worth that cost. Not a garbage hole in the wall with "2 for 1" in the business name lmaoooooo do not order here unless u wanna be scammed and called stupid

Been waiting well over 2 hours for 2 pizzas called twice for an update first time was told 10-15 max called back 35 mins later just to be told again 5 mins max , it’s been another 30 mins and still nothing ….. will never be ordering from here again

If I could give a zero I would. Order through Uber at 5:05 PM. I understand the weather was questionable today so I ordered a store closer to my home. Apparently Uber never showed up the owner Assured me that he would be sending one of his drivers to deliver it when the pizza got here three hours and 20 minutes later it was just left on my porch. The wings are so overcooked you can't even eat them. Disgusting and it was cold. The pizza was disgusting and cold and the fries didn't come with it, and the blue cheese was warm like it had been sitting in the oven. Will never order again. The only reason I had to because I just had surgery and I am not able to drive and wanted to feed my children.

Awful customer service. Do not order from here.

Orderd two pizzas off of Uber Eats, and was told they were delivered. They were not. I called the restaurant over 4 times and spoke with two different people who all claimed the order was "on it's way" for over two hours - I live less than 10 minutes away. It has now been close to 3 hours and I still have no food.
After reading other reviews it seems this is a common place issue, and that these people are scamming people through uber.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. it’s 2 for 1 pizza wings and sub on Uber Eats. But if you google it’s PHILLY’S 2 for 1 PIZZA WINGS AND SUB. I wish there was a zero star option. Horrible customer service. The 2.5 stars rating is generous. Ordered recently on Uber Eats. Got the double large combo. 2 large 3 topping pizzas. Garlic bread. Chicken wings and fries or wedges. Opened the wings box to find 4 wedges tucked under the wings. Called the store and they said the wedges come free and that’s how they always do it. If it’s part of the combo it’s not free. Just asking for what we paid for and the food was cold when it got here. That’s the last time we order from there. Don’t waste your money here.

This place is a joke!! I ordered a combo meal of 25 wings and 2 pizzas, garlic bread and wedges. We got order and 18 wings were there and 4 small wedges and food was burnt and cold lol i phone and of course there English is horrible but told them my issue and he argued with me saying thats how we do it and theres no issue, he wouldn’t even admit he messed order up and staff cant count or accept accountability. Its, bad enough they like to scam people in life but to scam people on there food is petty and it just shows hiring a bunch of ignorant Indian's to do actual work never works out. I think its time they get a visit from the health inspector for how they run there place health wise. I bet they wear sandles with no socks too lol all that unabrow hair getting into food lol

I called at 2:30 it is now 4:14 am and I still haven’t got my order it’s the middle of the night I know not that many people are ordering right now I’ve been told the delivery man is on his way 3 times and it’s been a hour

Please update your timings, called at 4:30 am to place an order and they say we are closed. Closing time mentioned was 5 AM.

Dilivery took an hour and half food was cold and it was burnt I recommended you order some other place never again will I order from there
