I wanted to complain about this place for a while but never it around to it.
I placed this order April 3rd about 9:30pm
On the uber app, I requested an update on delivery. Because they were delivering themselves, it wasn’t a live update. I saw that the driver updated location and they were right around the corner. Approx 1 minute. So I waited and waited; it had been about 45 minutes at this point.
10 minutes go by. The instructions were to leave at the front door on the porch. We did not hear anyone, nor a knock. No food left at the side door either.
We got in touch with the restaurant and the worker there said he would call us back with an update. He called back and stated it had been delivered. I said no it hadn’t. He confirmed the delivery driver handed it to someone. I said it’s not in my house and it wasn’t me. I looked at the last updated location. I live on the mountain on a numbered street. The house on the street behind us, in the exact same area has the exact same number. The delivery driver brought it to the wrong house, but same number. The person on the phone said something along the lines of “it makes sense that the homeowners said they were not expecting this food.”
I’m sorry? But that would have been my first clue that the delivery is at the wrong house. I was pissed as this had become an hour and 20 minutes at this point while waiting for phone calls back. He told me to get a refund through the uber app, and if I remember correctly he said he would call back in an hour and get a free order going for us something like that. I declined.
Uber would not let me get a refund as the restaurant had to “complete order” which in the app it said they were still in the middle of delivering. The driver never completed the trip. So I called them back. Finally I was able to get my refund around midnight, and went to bed hangry.
I am then woken up at 2AM by this same man who offered to make and deliver my order free. I was shocked. I kindly told him I am sleeping and we can revisit this tomorrow. He said he would call back tomorrow 9pm and get my order going for me. I said that sounded good.
Fast forward to the next day. Not a single call, nor after that. This man had the audacity to wake me up after I had gone to bed and not even follow through with the order.
Absolute garbage. Do not recommend.

Cheese comes on every pizza man !!!!! No cheese on my pizza all u taste was pizza sauce...will never order here again first time and last time ....was absolutely disappointed.........

Ordered off of UBER EATS said my order was on it’s way so i waited 2 hours for it and when i called the pizza place they said it was on its way and so i kept waiting and called them again and they said it was delivered and that it was left outside my building. My food was taken and they didn’t even try to reach out to me to say they had arrived etc. horrible place
***DO NOT ORDER FROM OR VISIT THIS BUSINESS***. (EDIT: the restaurant decided not to deliver, and mark the order as completed. They literally stole my money. Took the payment yet didnt deliver or cancel so i can be refunded- now i have to go through ny credit card company or hope Uber reverses it after several emails)
original: I would leave 0 stars for this business. Ive never been so disappointed in a pizza place until I tried to order from here. They will not honor coupons or offers that are available through their store via delivery service ie: uber/doordash the dishes, etc. The store owner will belittle you, refuse to complete the order, and neglect to cancel or update the app. As long as they leave it up, they still get paid, you get no pizza, and you as the customer cannot get a refund from the delivery service until the order is canceled or completed by the business. By leaving the order up they are essentially stealing. I am still waiting for them to fix it, even after calling back after they hung up the first time the owner called me. Don't bother trying to get the business owners name or info to register a complaint because they other staff will just hang up on you too.

Ordered off the uber eats and it took forever.
DONT EAT HERE!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! Had Greek Salad, it has Italian Dressing on side! Chicken Shwarma with rice .... HORRIBLE!!! All rice and barely 2 bites of chicken! I would say there was 5% chicken on it ... they disguise it by pouring on the white sauce .... then you see, that under the sauce is ONLY RICE!!! Gyro is sooooo bad!!! Not even the right sauce! And the meat was gross and so was the tortilla!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANTS IN HAMILTON!!! DONT LET THESE CROOKS STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm surprised this place is still running after waiting 2 hours for pizza I finally received old chicken wings and moldy pizza.
I wished I read the review before ordering on uber and it was terrible. Dough was under cooked. Ordered extra cheese and didn’t get any very skimpy on toppings but taste wise is okay
Ordered from this location on Skip. Waited 2 hours. Never got the order. After 1 call, they stopped picking up their phones. Never got a refund. Will never order from here again.

The people who work are just outright rude, I'm not surprised they hold a 2.5 star, do better, you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered during bad weather but if they're open then they're accepting delivery. They do the delivery themselves, had it marked as on the way for 2 hours before I called and was rudely told she couldn't do anything and I'd have to cancel which would mean losing my entire cost of order. If you can't do delivery DO NOT HAVE YOURSELF set to open on a delivery service, they have the option to set your store as pick up only so do your personal diligence and stop having such a disgusting attitude. I live on beach, restaurant on Kenilworth so it's not like it was far. 2 for 1 pizza is how it's listed on Uber eats, avoid at all cost.

Don’t order from this place. Saw them on Uber Eats as 241 Pizza Kenilworth, picked their 2 medium pizzas 3 toppings with 2 dipping sauce item. The delivery time for this place on their storefront on Uber is 15mins. An hour after waiting, i call them and ask about it, and the person on the phone said minimum wait is 2 hours. Wait another hour, give them another. Different guy, was immediately put on hold. Then a few seconds later he was back, then I asked for a update and he said ANOTHER HOUR. I asked if the pizza was in the oven or on its way, and it was hard to hear him, the audio was cutting out but he was saying something, so I asked again and I heard him say it’s on its way and then he HUNG UP ON ME. Slammed the phone down too. Horrible customer service, can’t even rate the food because I haven’t reviewed it and don’t know if I ever will. Should’ve read the reviews for this place before I ordered. Spent a lot on it too. My fault, I guess, according to the other review saying how they were told it was the customer’s fault.
