Love the slurpees from here, I was in last Friday and it was busy and only 1 employee on counter and the other was running around grabbing things I guess for online orders, they were handling things nicely but I think they need 1 more person working to handle the line of customer. Overall a good visit

This review is earned by Greg. I genuinely forgot to look at the price of the gas as I entered to purchase something inside the store and I asked the cashier Greg whether he can tell me what the price of the gas was. Rudely, He said “you have to look at the board, we can’t tell you”. YES YOU CAN because you set it and you should. A little positive outlook goes a long way.Edit: changing my review to 4 star from 1 star. I can understand if someone is having a bad day. We all can do better.

Printer is not printing receipt properly. It been like! Like this for a while. I told the staff there ! And they try to full me ! Respond to me ! The printer doesn't use ink. I told them to tell the manager. All customers have the right! To get a well printed receipt for their purchase.Is the law .They also needs to be train properly! In lottery tiket purchase..Sometimes customs to take lottery tickets they don't want because the cashier made a mistake. .Is toal bad service.?

Your ice machine has been broken for a while now with not so much as a sign letting people know. I come in for the deal with 3 chicken strips and 3 wedges but you guys are always out of one or the other, so I can't get the deal, and honestly it's barely even worth it even with the deal. Last time your staff charged me before even checking if they had it, and then they refused to refund my card despite charging my card, they made me take change. Pretty sure that's illegal. This isn't some mom and pop Mickey Mouse operation this is a huge corporation, so there's no excuse for running your business this haphazardously.

We’ve been here a few times, typically try to avoid it. Staff just sits around and talks ignoring clients in the store.My advice would be to pay one employee a decent salary and fire the slackers.Terrible customer service

Super friendly staff, came in as they were dealing with a disgruntled customer as his payment method (debt) was not being accepted by the system. The cashier did an amazing job handling the situation, staying calm and respectful.Customer service is extremely mentally draining and I truly appreciate the work you guys do! Thank you so much for your service tonight! :)

Employees lack knowledge of their own processes. Getting any rewards redeem is definitely a challenge, and one has to keep an eye on the POS machine as they always charge any random price for the products. For example, price of a large coffee for a medium one.
Not very nice people working there - I stopped by for some quick photos and they called the police? Pretty big reaction for some guy just taking pics for Instagram...

Only gave it 3 stars because the night crew can be extremely rude. When't in at night, there was one guy working (Don't know if he still works there), me and my friend were looking at beef jerky and were the only people there because it was late. He started to sigh loudly, we ignored it and than he actually told us to hurry up. I didn't go back for while because of that (1 star moment), i gave it more stars because as of recent the staff have been great, they are hard working and nice but because of the quality of food and the people who go there i couldn't rate it any higher.

The older big fellow was talking to customer and the 2nd cashier not sure his name he is a brown and skinny tall aswell walked up to the older big felloe cashier who was serving customer and said out of no where for no reason you talk like that to me youre going to see what happens and walked away twords the back the customer being served heard him being threatened and me too there should be equal treatment everywhere.
