I came here last night with my boyfriend. We were walking around downtown hamilton and wanted to try out a new place and we came here because the menu looked incredible and also we were curious about the "rude staff" that other reviews claimed. The staff was soooo friendly and cute! Just be a good person and enjoy the food! They had great service, the atmosphere in the dining area was incredibly comfortable and the staff was helpful and patient. I wanted to try their Volcano ramen and two of their staff kept warning me that it was extremely spicy and when I got it, they did not lie LOOLL. If they claim something on their menu is spicy, they MEAN IT unlike other restaurants which disappoints you with mildly spicy food. Food was delicious, portions were great, and their milk teas had actual tea bags in them and it was good. They weren't busy so our food came quickly and they checked up on us a few times offering water. The restaurant also provides board games for customers and you can stay as long as you want to hang out. We stayed for 2 hours and it was amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you guys for being great hosts!
Amazing place. Came here on a whim and was an awesome choice. The customer service was cute and fast. I read some reviews before coming in here and I can say they do not do any Justice to this place. This place is an easy 5/5 if you are coming in for the vibes food and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the menu looked amazing and tasted just the same. Don’t listen to any of these 1 star reviews this place was perfect a hidden gem for sure. Give it a try! This place should have a higher rating and be more busier!

Tried this for the first time yesterday and I'm really happy I did! Food was good, we had soup, ramen, and popcorn chicken, all were excellent. Service was also really good, owner was friendly and helpful. Not sure if something has changed but I really don't understand the poor reviews.... ill be back for

Used to order when they were avail on uber eats. Ramen is great here and the slush bubble tea as well. I'm not sure why other show negative reviews. Also you have to get popcorn chicken it's really good here .

Disgusting meal with terrible bubble tea.Terrible service. The place wasn't busy at all and I had to wait an hour for my food. Suggest everyone not to go, otherwise you will get a bad experience! I don't know why there is a female waiter who has a very bad attitude and is very rude to customers. Never seen such a restaurant.
