I have had the pleasure of going to the a&w on 194 King St W, Hamilton, ON L8P 1A5. While I was waiting to place my order the atmosphere was off the cleanliness was just not there for me. However I had inform one of the staff members that the cleanliness was not pleasant to anyone who walks in. The India lady told me that they are only two person on the staff so I forgive what my eyes had seen. Over all tho the lady was one very rude. And knowing the kinda person I am i dont stand for behaviors like her. A&w please reach out to me i like to discuss this lady conduct and behavior

I have been to many food places around the globe and my god this gotta be the worst of all. The health safety concerns are all over the place, inspector probably hadn’t seen the place in years. Went here earlier this week, in all my years I have never had breakfast at A&W and wanted to give it a try! I went with the all Canadian special. It consisted of 2 fried eggs, 2 sausage, 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of toast, and a hash brown plus a coffee for less than $15. There was kinda a language barrier with the lady that took my order so it was a painful process trying to tell her what I wanted. While I was here a panhandler came in the restaurant when I was eating and asked me for change after giving him a toonie, minutes later I witnessed another patron running out of the restaurant because the guy I just gave a toonie to was literally inside this patrons car. The environment was kinda crazy, but thats downtown these days I guess. Everything was great just the eggs weren't cooked all the way and were runny and slimey in some parts which I just scraped to the side. The coffee was half decent. I would try the breakfast out again but probably at another location where I feel a little safer and more private.

Three days ago, I went to A.W king and pay street downtown 194 King St W, Hamilton, ON L8P 1A5 the new employee was disrespectful to customers and food delivery drivers. He was yelling at them. The owner of this restaurant should fire him because he will ruin the restaurant's reputation . I think the owner did not teach him how to deal with customers and delivery drivers.thanks
Terrible experience, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! They let the homeless steal your food and tell you they are not responsible and will not replace it!!

Don’t bother with the service here. Asked to speak to a manager about a coupon issue and the girl at the cash lied and said she was the manger even though she wasn’t and clearly wasn’t comprehending the issue. Scanner doesn’t work for app??? No one was wearing name tags either which is just poor customer service to begin with. Ended up walking out when they couldn’t honour coupon on the app.
