I had the pleasure of enjoying a Masala Veggie Burger at A&W in waterdown location this morning and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! I had the pleasure of being served by Ankita during my visit to A&W and I say that her customer service was exceptional. From the moment I approached the counter she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. She was attentive and answering all my questions about the menu with patience and professionalism. . I will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended ?

Me and my friend Guneet ordered 2 masala veggie burgers with fries. The food we ordered was fresh and delicious . If I talk about the environment and place its wonderful with a clean surroundings. I remember a guy named Harman served our order(dining) . He gave us excellent service. The way he welcomed and communicated with us was too good. We Would like to visit here again.

Terrible communication, extended wait time just to have my order done completely wrong. I had ordered TWO apple pies and onion rings.
As I arrive home to enjoy my meal- I had no onion rings, and no apple pies. I had driven a long distance to enjoy a A&W meal to have the experience completely ruined.
This will be the first and last time I go to this location. And maybe the last time I ever go to any A&W.
the way they put toppings on a burger is a disgrace, I always have to remove half the veggies

Good kinda sucks now. It used to be great when they opened. Now it’s usually cold, stale fries, etc. not into it anymore but I hope they go back to providing fresh food again I used to love a&w.
