I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered two masala veggie burgers, and the vegetables inside were clearly not fresh. The lettuce was rotten, and the tomato and onion looked and tasted like they had been cut several days ago. This is unacceptable, especially when ordering food that should meet basic freshness standards. It completely ruined the meal. I expect better quality control and food hygiene. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

I didn't catch her name at front customer service/cash area but she was super friendly and answered my questions. She knows her stuff and promotions. We came here for breakfast as we were passing through Ancaster on Wed. Feb. 11/26 at 10:45am. The cook was way better then other A& Ws we've been to in Brantford. We will return for such good food and top notch service, we'll done A& W team.

Went to this location on Friday night noticed everyone was of one nationality, I asked the young lady if any Canadian people worked there? She said no. I asked if all the workers were TFW ( temporarily foreign workers) she said yes. I will not return to A&W again. As a Canadian I will not support any company that does not hire Canadian young people. Unemployment for young people is very high in Canada and this is why. I'm very disappointed in A&W this is corporate greed.

Simran, Anmol and Husan are all very nice employees and made my visit here amazing. They helped me pick what I want and were very patient with me at the cash register. I’ve been a daily customer since at this location for a few reasons: 1. it’s close to home. 2. This store continues to offer an in house breakfast combo promo (10.49) indefinitely long after others stopped. 3. Cleanliness and hospitality, daily I see attention to wiping counters, condiment and recycling stations. One individuals level of warm hospitality greatly surpasses the level of customer service offered anywhere these days. 4. Best coffee of anyplace in town. Although taste varies sometimes with the automated dispenser, when it’s good it’s great. Better than the rival coffee places.
Always liked this location. On my most recent visit, in which I spent $83!!! They gave my order receipt to the lady behind me and called the number. She went up and looked in the bags and said that order wasn’t hers. The employee said it was mine. I looked inside and everything looked okay. When I got home, I saw that they didn’t give me the poutine that I ordered.
I went back the next day. First, the manager wanted my order receipt. I told her I was never given one. They then asked for the time I was in. I think they started looking on video, because the manager then called the employee who served me and asked if she remembered the order. They then offered me a poutine. I just wanted a gift card, or cash equivalent of the poutine.
Quite the orderal for a $7 order of poutine. But also, the $83??? Yikes!
