â 1 Star I usually donât leave reviews, but this is the second time Iâve had a bad experience at this A&W location during the night shiftâand both times, it was the same staff member who took my order.
The first time, I received the completely wrong order. I let it go, thinking it was just a mistake. But tonight, I placed my order again and only received half of it. I had to drive all the way back just to get the rest, which was frustrating and completely avoidable.
It felt like the staff member wasnât fully attentiveâmaybe tired or just not focusedâbut that shouldnât be the customerâs problem. Night shift or not, accurate service should still be expected.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures the team is properly trained and alert during all shifts. Consistency and basic accuracy should be the bare minimum, especially when customers are paying full price.
