I just got my order from this restaurant around 3:40pm. I asked for Nashville hot chicken cruncher with regular pickles and red onions but they give me with bread and butter pickles and white onions which I'm allergic to. I repeat my order twice, then also they made it wrong.
Never gonna go there again and won't recommend it to anyone else.

I had a fantastic experience at A&W last night. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. She was very patient and nice to me. My food was served fresh, hot, and exactly as I requested

Ordered breakfast sausage and egg combo with two hash browns and a small regular cold hash browns at 6am this morning before work tried calling right away as I was too far to return back why is there no working phone number it's not like there are my neighborhood A&W do they get a lot of complaints and that's why their phone is off the hook or not working it's bizarre...

Absolutely terrible service!l and food!!!! I ordered one thing being a poutine that had no gravy and barely any cheese. I paid $15 for something to go in the garbage, as I do not just gravy hanging around to fix their incompetence. Have tried to call before my order, mid order and after the order to ensure people who constantly screw up, have it spelt out for them(apparently everyone e there needs that). Not the case however because they literally unplug their phone so they do not have to have CUSTOMERS calling in, to assure food is properly prepared (as the workers there don’t seem to give a hell about the order and the precious dollars spent on that order. Shame on you an and w upper James’s I’ll be reaching out to corporate as well!! Customer service my ass, and I’ll be making that known, “a&w “aka incompetent . ONE SIMPlE THING I ORDERED, a poutine!! And NO GRAVY. Pathetic!!

The app says add milk and sugar in special instructions. There are no option in special instructions except 4 options that are in case the item is sold out. Can you hire someone who can make use of DoorDash app better? I’m sure they have a feature, but you are not using or using it right. You just lost me as a customer.

A few details about our lunch, only two other guest were here when we gotbour food. Kids meals dont come with toys(as a Canadian division. Of A&w you need to do better competing with the big boys).
Triple burger came with 1 slice of cheese 2 minimum would be acceptable.
Screens were not all working so we didn't know how much items costed until the total came.

The staff were nice, the store was clean. No paper towel in washrooms and dryer was to high for kids.

Not all of our food was hot for a dine in experience

Over all the experience was mediocure and expensoce $55 for 2 kids and 2 adults probably would have had a better and more affordable experience at McDonald's.

Raman that works here and other employees they always take payment first and then they tell you to park in the parking lot and the order will take 5-7 minutes, they could’ve said it while I was ordering how much I had to wait instead of doing that terrible customer service
