Everytime I come here, they never have onion rings, they don't listen, and everything takes forever.

I went to A&W with my friend which is located at Limeridge mall. Our server was very friendly, attentive and really made the whole experience feel special. Her name was kamal. It was excellent customer service from start to finish. We really enjoyed the food. Great service.

MY DAUGHTER N HER BF WENT HERE TODAY AND THE BURGER HE GOT TYE BUN WAS SO MOLDY I HAVE POSTED A PICTURE LIKE HOW DO YOU NOT SEE THAT MAKING A BURGER!! AND WEN HE WENT UP TO SAY SOMETHING THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACK AT FIRST AND JUST SEEMED LIKE IT WASNT A BIG DEAL AND HE JUST GO EAT IT!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOW DO YOU LET SOMETHING LIKE THIS LEAVE YOUR RESTAURANT ITS NOT LIKE IT WAS A VERY TINY SPOT NOT NOTICEABLE NOT THAT THATS ANY BETTER BUT IT WAS THE ENTIRE CENTER OF THE BOTTOM BUN AND TO REFUSE A REFUND OMG HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE ALSO CAUGHT THEM TAKING THE OLD FRIES N TOSSING THEM BACK IN THE FRYER TO HEAT THEM UP SONI NOW ORDER FRESH NO SALTED FRIES!! THIS A&W ALWAYS HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE THE ONE LADY IS SOO RUDE AND HAS THROWN MY CHANGE ACROSS THE COUNTER AND MORE, I ONLY KEPT GOING THERE FOR MY SON BUT AFTER THIS WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO A&W AND HAVE REPORTED TO LIMERIDGE MALL AND THE BBB ,

Fast and efficient, this particular establishment is responsible for 90% of my lunch breaks! great people, even better service!

I went and ordered a buddy burger with onion rings 30 mins before they close and it was perfect. The burger and onion rings was fresh and I did not wait for more than 2 mins. I asked for extra seasoning on my onion rings and it was the right amount that I was craving for. The patty was fresh & hot as well. Talwinder and Jasdeep did a great job on providing excellent customer service and good quality of food. Truly good food makes good food! Keep up the good work!

Did not get greeted while standing in the front of the line for over 5 minutes and the worker took one persons order at a time and ignored everyone in line. Actually brutal, writing this as I still havent been served or spoken to for 8 minutes now. The lady finally took my order and when I said it would make more sense to take peoples orders so they can cook it in the back while were all standing here she said if she did everyones food would go cold. Not really fast food.

I order a veggie meal today. I mentioned I need a well done fries in poutine but all i got is stale fries . Although the girl who served was fine but food quality is bad.wastage of money
