This A&W is honestly the best fast food place I’ve ever been to, and I’m not even exaggerating. Every single time I come here, the staff are insanely kind, welcoming, and actually seem happy to be there. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with so much respect and friendliness that it genuinely makes your day better. The service is crazy fast, but never rushed, and they always get the order right. Even when it’s busy, they stay calm, polite, and super professional. You can tell they actually care about the customers and about doing a good job, which is rare these days. And the food? Always perfect. Fresh, hot, and exactly how it’s supposed to be. The burgers are amazing, the fries are great, and everything just tastes better here than anywhere else. This place is seriously a 10/10 every time. Huge respect to the staff here for being so consistently awesome. This is how all fast food places should be run. I’ll keep coming back 100%.

I would give no stars. Tried to brew coffee with paper towels instead of coffee filters. Said it would take two minutes to brew, continued to serve drive through. Was not prepared at all. I left without getting a refund. A and w has the worst service in any a and w I've been in

Overall, this place is good and the experience is pretty seamless. The staff is friendly and willing to work with customers, which makes it easy and comfortable. The food quality is good, and the presentation is done well. If a mistake happens, they’re open to acknowledging it and making things right, which is appreciated.
One small thing they could work on is drive-thru communication. Just a little more clarity there would help make the experience even smoother. Other than that, everything is in a good place.

I payed with a $5 bill, they put on the receipt I only payed $3.15 (my total was $3.14) I had to ask 2 times for my change and was refused both times, I’m not satisfied with this service. Once again I asked for my money then finally they gave it back. Once i got my money back I found out that my change was in American currency. I’m very upset, you’re better going to Dairy Queen or burger factory for burgers. DONT COME HERE! They also messed up someone else’s order while I was here. My friend asked if there were no pickles in his sandwich, he was told no pickles, he got his food and sure enough THERE WAS INDEED PICKLES!!! This place was not good go to DQ
