I am currently disabled, using a cane. The hostess behind the counter was very helpful, bringing my tray to the table. The Double Buddy I ordered was hot, juicy and tasty. The onion rings were too crispy so she graciously made me another batch which were excellent. Both servers were very polite and extremely helpful. I have been dining at A&W locations since the 60's in the days of the carhops (I miss that aspect). I highly recommend this location.

Ordered 2 chicken jr buddy burgers with pickles on the side which I said once and then the lady asked me 2 more times pickles on the side not on the burgers and each time I said correct. But I stead I got pickles on the burgers not on the side, I didn't think that was a difficult request but apparently it was.

Ordered just a chicken sandwich along with a kids meal this evening. I was shocked to pay 9.99 plus tax for a sandwich with not even a chicken breast / a slice of tomato or onion in it !! Never again.

Bad night staff - ordered around 11:30 @ 15 july . I didn’t get what i ordered. Missing a dip sauce. I paid for extra souce- got nothing. Ordered sweet potato fries- missing sauce. No tissues at all . Couldn’t go back because it was too late - just terrible.
I don’t know if there are using expired chicken or expired sauce. It tasted very weird. Stay away from this location

Used the drive though to make an order. Saw the kids Hot Dog Pack for $4.99 as shown in photos and ordered it for my nephew, but when I paid my order was more expensive than I thought. When I inquired they said just the hotdog was $4.99 but the combo was more, yet their advertisement clearly says the Kids Pack is $4.99. All the staff could do is shrug their shoulders, I asked to speak with a manager to sort this out, and there was no manager on site. After they would not honour their own posted pricing I left with a refund, a bad taste in my mouth and some terrible customer service.
