This place has gone downhill in the last while. Customer service is slacking so badly that I was just made to feel like a burden when I walked in. No one appreciates getting annoyed looks from the workers just for walking into your establishment. Surprised how places like this stay open. That amazing root beer in the ice cold glass carries the business. But there machines are broken at the moment, so it’s a paper cup. It would be courteous to let people know that when they order it too

I visited many times at this place and I love to order chicken always cuz it’s always Fresh. All staff members have great communication skills. Always add sauces or other stuff according to the customers instructions I really appreciate that . I Recommend All of you to visit this place.

I waited around 5 minutes, but nobody came to take my order. The staff seemed more focused on the drive-thru and ignored walk-in customers. I felt humiliated by this treatment. Another person came in after me and also left because of their behavior.

I am currently disabled, using a cane. The hostess behind the counter was very helpful, bringing my tray to the table. The Double Buddy I ordered was hot, juicy and tasty. The onion rings were too crispy so she graciously made me another batch which were excellent. Both servers were very polite and extremely helpful. I have been dining at A&W locations since the 60's in the days of the carhops (I miss that aspect). I highly recommend this location.

Ordered 2 chicken jr buddy burgers with pickles on the side which I said once and then the lady asked me 2 more times pickles on the side not on the burgers and each time I said correct. But I stead I got pickles on the burgers not on the side, I didn't think that was a difficult request but apparently it was.
