Had the happiest accident tonight at a&w I ordered sweet potato fries and got a sweet potato poutine , didn't even know it existed. It was amazing BTW shootout to the lady who accidently rang me up a sweet potato poutine !!!!

The atmosphere here in this restaurant is great. The food here is fresh. The people that work here are outstanding especially Austin he is a very polite young gentleman always greets you with a smile and always kind. This deserves zero star. We stood at the drive thru we got our food in our hand then we were told if we have cash beacuse there machine is not working and they took the food.

Ordered through uber yesterday. My food was cold. There were no straws or napkins in the bag. The sandwich was just in the bag and sauce was everywhere.
Earlier we ordered 3 peri peri burger .but burger bread is cold chicken is very hard and cold not properly cook.and letus they use omg was expired color change of letus and so much loose .very disappointed. I would not recommend this .very very bad service .in store they are not cheff they are little kids don't know about food quality and how to cook how to take care of kicthen..

Normaly we go to center mall to get A&W ikke every other month, but those are just kids and food is never good.. So we desided to go to East Gate Mall, saw it was adults making the food and tought, yea lets give it a shot.
That was a mistake.. We both lied sick a few days after, and I can honestly say, I never ever ate food that gave me rectal bleedings.. So thank you for that experience.. A&W is just not worth the price, efford and after match.
