If I had one bad thing to say, it would be the terrible straws. Why serve an iconic rootbeer and supply a flavour destroying device like that? I'm glad its compostable, you dump entire cases of them directly from the delivery truck. Everything else is great.

The worst food from center mall a w yet been eating there since it opened my wife and I will not order from there again. Throw out at least half my dinner to much salt on my uncle burger my ice tea was watered down

I have came to this A&W multiple times with the same order with no issue. The older lady Karen S at the window made it an issue with my substitution though this is how I have always been allowed to substitute bacon for a hash brown. In fact, a worker is the one who suggested it to me. She proceeded to have an attitude when asked about mayonaise in the bag, and then charged for it. I understand some places have policies of charging for condiments but again, I have not been charged at this a&w. There needs to be more consistency and more professionalism at this location.

Another restaurant that has gotten rid of the beyond burger for some cheaper option. This was the only place left that my family could stop and eat that worked for everyone's allergies and now because they switched to a soy burger we no longer can. Very disappointed.

Had the happiest accident tonight at a&w I ordered sweet potato fries and got a sweet potato poutine , didn't even know it existed. It was amazing BTW shootout to the lady who accidently rang me up a sweet potato poutine !!!!
The atmosphere here in this restaurant is great. The food here is fresh. The people that work here are outstanding especially Austin he is a very polite young gentleman always greets you with a smile and always kind. If you like a fast food restaurant fresh and respectful environment I recommend visiting this A&W. Thank you and God bless!
