Disgusting! It blows my mind that this place is asking for reviews at the drive thru window, yet they can’t handle making ONE single chipotle wrap. I just spent $6 to eat a piece of chicken SOAKED in chipotle sauce. The wrap was broken. I was in a hurry so I couldn’t even go back to complain…

We had the full breakfast plate. Most was good, BUT the hashbrowns were either deep fried on oil were fish were deep fried or very close to the fish deep fryer.Thst is CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!The lady taking care of customers is excellent and friendly.However, the older lady, in the kitchen acts like she doesn't want to be there.She looks at customers at the front, grumbles and shakes her head at us.She even snapped at the nice lady serving customers.People who just are not happy in there jobs should be let go.Perhaps it's her grumpiness that stopped her from making sure that there was no cross contamination!

A&W has been advertising hand made onion rings and has been the best ? of all. Today's visit was the exception. Whoever supplies or makes your onion rings, please stop selling them. I was given HALF COOKED RAW AT THE BOTTOM, MOLDY TASTING ONION RINGS.. Even told the cashier and they replaced it with the same batch of onion rings. It was unacceptable. I threw it out since of fear of BOTULISM or INFECTION. If this issue persists, customers should report this to CFIA.

Shrinkflation is real at A&W, chipotle chicken with cheddar on an English muffin for $3.99+tax is insulting for the sliver of chicken you get, the pattie is maybe 2oz and most of that is breading; The poutine was mush, as if the fries had been soaking in gravy for an hour before being put into a box.Parking: Shared parking lot, lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair accessible

Everytime I come here the food is on point! Staff are soo nice. Get yourself some fries, pickles and spicy dill pickle sauce put it all together you will thank me later!
Today I noticed something very disgustingI went in to buy my Chile 5 piece chicken strips and the guy didn’t use a tongs to take the meat out of the tray to place in the bag,he used his hands with out any gloves on,I will not recommend this establishment again,when I ask a staff member why he didn’t use tongs she couldn’t answer I just threw away that purchase. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE
