Ordered a combo for 6:00 online. Went to the store, open sign was on with no one in the store. Door was locked, machines were off. Its a good thing we didn't pay for our order online. Won't bother trying to order from here again. Waist of time

The older woman with glasses is the most rude person I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant/pizza/fast food place. I showed up for my take out 35 minutes after ordering (25 minutes is how long it said it would take) and she ripped my head off about how she hasn’t even started the subs and how I’m gonna have to wait 15 minutes. I told her to cancel it and I left. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I will no longer support this business. She’s a nasty person and I will not even recommend Galaxy Pizza and Subs anymore. I’m told she’s the manager which is pathetic. I left the same review on google. FYI this was the CAMBRIDGE one so I cannot speak on the quality of BYESVILLE’s.

The pizza is ok...its pizza. But don't bother calling in for pick up. They won't start making your pizza until you get there. I understand you want to make sure people are actually coming but like just say that over the phone and I'll go somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time and making me late.

Well first we can start about the scam on the website. I been telling them for months the website discount doesn't work. First I was told 2 websites then I was told the owner is aware and doesn't care. Yes they did give me the discount couple times for the false advertising but it's ridiculous. They made me join the site specifically saying "Bro youll get discounts " There is plenty times I've ordered and I walk in and it's just being put in the oven. This is the point I wait until they call me to tell me it's ready. Once I ordered something to wait to hear they don't have it. 45 mins after we ordered. I have drove by there to see the sign is off closed. I ordered and all of a sudden there is a car infront and they are open.

Went in at 10 pm since the listed hours said they were open until midnight. Was charged for the wrong item, and they only made half of what I ordered. The worker was on a video call on their phone and touching it while making the order. They also kept placing the phone so I was in the background of the call, which was uncomfortable. I asked to get the order corrected when it was done at 10:30, and they said they were closed, but processed a cash refund for the difference in price of what they charged and what they made. Food was dry and overcooked, pizza had basically no sauce.

Used to be able to pop in and grab a pizza slice now they stopped making slices and want you to spend $10-$12 on a small pizza when i dont need that much pizza, the slice was perfect... bring back the slices, im sure alot of people would agree and youd still have the regulars coming in like myself
