The older woman with glasses is the most rude person I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant/pizza/fast food place. I showed up for my take out 35 minutes after ordering (25 minutes is how long it said it would take) and she ripped my head off about how she hasn’t even started the subs and how I’m gonna have to wait 15 minutes. I told her to cancel it and I left. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I will no longer support this business. She’s a nasty person and I will not even recommend Galaxy Pizza and Subs anymore. I’m told she’s the manager which is pathetic. I left the same review on google. FYI this was the CAMBRIDGE one so I cannot speak on the quality of BYESVILLE’s.

The pizza is ok...its pizza. But don't bother calling in for pick up. They won't start making your pizza until you get there. I understand you want to make sure people are actually coming but like just say that over the phone and I'll go somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time and making me late.

Well first we can start about the scam on the website. I been telling them for months the website discount doesn't work. First I was told 2 websites then I was told the owner is aware and doesn't care. Yes they did give me the discount couple times for the false advertising but it's ridiculous. They made me join the site specifically saying "Bro youll get discounts " There is plenty times I've ordered and I walk in and it's just being put in the oven. This is the point I wait until they call me to tell me it's ready. Once I ordered something to wait to hear they don't have it. 45 mins after we ordered. I have drove by there to see the sign is off closed. I ordered and all of a sudden there is a car infront and they are open.

Went in at 10 pm since the listed hours said they were open until midnight. Was charged for the wrong item, and they only made half of what I ordered. The worker was on a video call on their phone and touching it while making the order. They also kept placing the phone so I was in the background of the call, which was uncomfortable. I asked to get the order corrected when it was done at 10:30, and they said they were closed, but processed a cash refund for the difference in price of what they charged and what they made. Food was dry and overcooked, pizza had basically no sauce.
Used to be able to pop in and grab a pizza slice now they stopped making slices and want you to spend $10-$12 on a small pizza when i dont need that much pizza, the slice was perfect... bring back the slices, im sure alot of people would agree and youd still have the regulars coming in like myself
Forcing people to buy something that they dont want is not cool, ya its not forced persay but if you want pizza you have to order a small... naw man i just want a slice

Honestly, based on the reviews I was expecting so much more. It makes me wonder if the reviews with 5 stars were friends rating the business. Let's start from top to bottom. The online ordering app is easy to use. It's the same one many others use. The delivery guy had a great attitude on him, talked a little much for my liking, but good dude. The food is what takes all the stars away. Pizza was gross left me and the wife with our stomachs turning. We asked for extra sauce and double of a certain topping and received neither. Onion rings "burnt", chicken wings "overcooked/burnt". The poutine was bare minimum, ok. Very little cheese or gravy, quickly turned to mush. Nothing really tasted good. it's such a waste of money ordering here. Still feel queezy just thinking about it, it's like my guts were rearranged, is that food poisoning??

A friend and I wanted to try a different spot for some pizza. Did a Google search for pizza near me and found Galaxy Pizza. Placed my order online with zero hassle, when asked what time I would pick up we decided on 830. So naturally I show up a bit early. At 830 on the dot, the order was on the counter. The pizza was great! So we thought, let's try it again just to make sure, ya know. So sure enough another order on another day and the exact same experience. This pizza spot has gained two more loyal customers. Great prices and good pizza. Obviously they have more than pizza, but I like pizza. ?
