Tried to go around 6:30 on Saturday, but they were closed even though the “open” sign was on
I've been coming here for a long time, one of my favorite places to get a Shawarma Poutine. Fries are always fresh, and the chicken is always done so well. Love the owner. Atmosphere is at a three just for the neighborhood, honestly. I've lived in the neighborhood for 19 years, and it absolutely sucks. People break windows all the time around the shops here. Sadly, this one is not an exception.

When I first arrived in Hamilton, I definitely came to this store and tried the poutine. It was honestly one of the best I tasted. But a year later, something about the poutine quality seemed to have gone down. Not sure if it was the gravy or the fries but it's not as memorable as when I first tried it.The service though is very nice and friendly, so I'll still make trips when I can.

Very pleasant hole in the wall shop that I would highly recommend, authentic food, great price, warm service. The lady thoughtfully plated our food and even offered me a free drink. We got the trio and shawarma plate!

As an McMaster alumnus, there is no better spot to plant our laryngeal feet than at Amir Pita. The sheer value of this restaurant, the dedication to customer service, and the taste that actually grows more taste buds on your tongue provide 3 reasons as to why one would return to this humble establishment.

The owner is absolutely amazing and makes her food from scratch. My kids and I love going there. In fact my children prefer it over McDonald's. The place looks like a hole in the wall but don't be deceived because the food is completely worth it!

great food at cheap prices and the lady that runs it is very friendly I will definitely go back again I had the beef kabobs and rice and salad with fries and gravy and my bf had the shawarma and a hot dog
Basically for the nearby student population from the highschool. Other than those times you get slop. Left overs basically. Your better off yo go to either the burger bus or Macey's variety across the street.
