Hands down the best lemon and pistacchio ice cream outside of Sicily. The lemon ice cream takes me back to my childhood in Sicily. The pistachio tastes like pistachio!!! Sooooo worth it!

I always make it a point to stop by Amo Gelato whenever I’m in Hamilton. I live about two hours away, but it’s absolutely worth the trip. I usually go for the sorbet flavours, and honestly, this is some of the best ice cream I’ve had in all of Ontario.
Having tried gelato in Italy, I can confidently say the texture and presentation here are remarkably similar it really brings back those European vibes. I do miss their classic mango vegan flavour, but the Mojito and Oreo were both excellent. Smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. You also don’t need to go into the GTA to enjoy some!
I almost forgot they also sell family-size containers for take-home, which is perfect if you want to enjoy it later or share with others, which is a plus.
If you’re anywhere near Hamilton, don’t miss out on this spot. It’s a must-visit for any gelato lover. 👌🏼🍨

Great little spot for some Gelato. They have many different flowers to choose from. It's a little pricey to start but a 3 scoop cone is only $2 more then a single scoop.

Best pistachio and biscoff gelato I have ever! Better than the ones I have had in Italy! Hands down you must try it in their biggest size! They have been recently temp closed and I am praying they open soon!
