Food has gone way downhill since Amy sold the place. Ordered shortly after the new own took over and it was bad and I didn't order again until tonight. The reviews went up so I thought they improved...WRONG... the S&S sauce was so thin,the wings were rubbery and the chicken fried rice tasted like it was either cooked in a fish sauce or cooked in a pan that had something with seafood cooked in it before. Called them to let them know but they didn't care....said we don't cook fish here and hung up.Good money down the drain because nothing could be eaten. NEVER again!!

We always order from Amy’s but the food the last time was inedible. It was disgustingly awful. The grease tasted racid and the food was sub par. We have been going there for easily 15 years. We won’t be back we have the had two bad experiences in the last 2 months.. there won’t be a third time.. what really upset us was the utter lack of concern about our complaints. Their idea of customer service ? “Well nobody else complained” lol bye bye .. we can spend our money elsewhere.. lots Chinese food places in Hamilton. $50 for food we expect it to be edible… not old and nasty tasting. Avoid.

Egg roll = excellent. Rice, meat and veggies, honey garlic ribs = excellent. Lo mein = not bad. Noodles seemed a bit bland but good amount of pork in it. Generally liked everything. Good chicken balls. Fried shrimp and chicken wings were okay. Ordered take out. Accommodated pick up time request. Good customer service.

I DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM ST CATHARINES TO TAKE OUT AT Amy's Wok. I refuse to buy any Chinese food anywhere else as no one makes it as tasty and as fresh as they do. Best Chinese food with in a 60 mile radius. Been ordering from them for over 20 years. I recommend 999 percent!!!!!!.

I used to love it and go often. I had 2 bad experiences lately, and yesterday was the 3rd strike. I’d wondered if new owners, and just seeing now that it is. Food was not terrible, but definitely not what it used to be. I won’t be ordering from there again.

Yo this new owner be crazy i came to this place for the last 15 YEARS and the old owner was good i got 2 box of chicken wings and he didn't care if i got mild or spicy and i agree its a option but this new owner on something crazy charged me for GETTING SPICY like who is this owner the old owner was wayy better thie new owner sucks
