Just ordered a medium pizza with a pound of wings and potato wedges I was shocked on the quality was more like a sit down restaurant very good quality, pizza, and wings great tasting and the quality is well worth the money

We had a group order for 6 pizzas and some wings that we placed online, over an hour had passed and we never received our food, so we called and the person there told us that they never received our order - despite us receiving confirmation that the order was placed. They the told us it would be 45 more minutes. 15 minutes later, he called us back and then said the guy cooking them āwanted to go homeā and they ācouldnāt complete our orderā.
They said to ācall back tomorrowā. Not sure how that would help our situation of trying to feed a group of 12, but at least Jack Astors was open and friendly!
Completely altered our plans for the night. Very upset.

First time ordering here. The pizza was AMAZING! The quality is five star at an excellent price point. Just got a simple pizza, but Iām looking forward to trying the wings next time as well. So happy with my discovery here!
We had a delivery this evening. Two medium thin crust with 1Lb of wings and fries. I asked the person on the phone for the price so I could have the money ready for the driver. $43:88 I was told would be the cost. When the driver arrived it had risen to $50:88. I asked why when I was told $43:88ā¦..Well you had extra toppings, but the phone person knew that before they told me the cost ??? The fries were cold as were the wings ( delivered in the same box ), My all meat pizza is so salty as to be inedible. Extremely disappointed this time. Never used to be like this. Time for a change I think.

If one word could explain this establishment it would be āsplendifunkulousā. From the spotless counters to the amazing aroma of fresh dough, everything in this store is up to the tea. Really brings me back to my hometown in Italy with that first bite! Make sure to ask for John Paul, heās amazing!
