FYI, we made the mistake of ordering our pizza online for a schedule time. We do not live too far from the pizzeria. By the time we got home, the pizza was warm and did not taste very good. I would highly recommend to call in your order by phone and have them give you an accurate time for pick up.

Yesterday was a disaster and reflected AL'S need to fix their operational issues.
I called at 4:45 pm and placed an order. I asked how long it would be and was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hrs.
Knowing it was a busy time, I showed up at 6:15 pm, only to see approx 15 very frustrated people all crammed in the order area all waiting for their orders.
I asked a couple of people around me how long had they been waiting. One person indicated that they had placed the order at 1:30pm, for 5:30pm and had been waiting for over 45 mins and did not know when they would get it.
Since none of the staff were answering questions so I called AP's phone # .
The phone was answered quickly, so I identified that I had previously ordered and was waiting. I asked how long it would be and he indicated that it could be up to another hour.
I cancelled the order and left and found an alternative delicious meal.
This is a perfect example of no matter how good your product is, customer service will make it or break it.
This showed how broken AP's hand on their delivery process is and how lacking their customer caring is.
It will be a long time .. if ever ... before I darken AP's doors.

I'm off the opinion to support local, but when local costs more, there is no price breakdown for 5 items, just a lump sum and it's 10 min late for pick up I'll have to readjust and find a new place.
Unfortunately, today you lost a customer.
The soccer fans that ran this place in the past were on their game new management, not so much.
Best Pizza in town. Always top notch, solid service.

Great experience! The person on the phone was super helpful and explained all the specials clearly. The pizza and wings were absolutely amazing full of flavour and cooked perfectly. On top of that, the customer service was top notch. Will definitely be ordering again!

I’ve been ordering from Ancaster Pizza for nearly a decade now, and it never disappoints. The quality, taste, and consistency of their food keep me coming back. Their pizzas are always loaded with fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.
