Today I had a very bad experience and before as well very bad experience too going to this restaurant in Jackson square waiting for the waitress lady I don’t know her name I do know what she looks like short and chubby looking, I’m not trying to be mean, but she wasn’t nice at all to me and she was rude too very rude and then she come up and say I’m not gonna serve you guys don’t come to this restaurant no more because the The incident we had before when I tried to serve you guys and you accusing me from stealing, and embarrassed me with my customers and I said to her that’s not how it happened. I know my husband comes here regularly and he has health issues and I’ve spoken to your boss and your boss wasn’t aware of his health issues and I told her boss that waitress never given us menus and we didn’t even known the Prices what we ordered not until we got the bill garlic bread and beer can tall beer can and Perrier water and I said to that lady waitress what I didn’t know that price and she was price gone up I said to her you should’ve given us a menu. We didn’t know the price until we got the bill and boy. She was so rude and I said to her let me speak to your manager, I’m the boss. She said to me I said let me speak to the manager. I spoken to the manager and then he said to me yeah he was polite, but that waitress lady was very rude like she was And he said to me the price has gone up I said do you know what? That waitress never give us a menu when we first came in when we sat down she goes. What would you like without a menu he goes. Oh I’m sorry about that. She didn’t give you guys a menu so you know what that that’s OK we will not welcome can’t come back to this restaurant because there’s other restaurants we can go and she wasn’t even nice. She was rude. I did find her rude. I didn’t find her welcome and polite. I said I would never like it. I felt dark and cold bad vibes. It was giving me bad vibes every time I was coming here I didn’t ever like it anyways she was rude. That waitress, you have that chubby one, the short chubby one she was rude. She was never nice to me and that’s rude that she never give us a menu. I’ll never come back. I’m not welcome. That’s OK no problem. She was rude.

We stop in here usually when we are going to the the movies. This time was no exception.
The restaurant was very busy and we sat at the bar for a drink. Fortunately the Blue Jays and Ti-Cats were on the TV's. Thanks for that.
Unfortunately a lot of bars don't show CFL games. I don't get it. Support Canadian Sports. Thanks to the Anchor Bar for showing both games.

Not clean, ceiling vent - black, floors sticky, atmosphere very dark. I guess so you can't see things. Hostess- snotty, not interested in helping Food - overpriced and not good. Didn't eat entire meal because it did not taste good. Chicken Caesar wrap made with a couple Frozen breaded chicken fingers with a peice of romaine with Caesar dressing wrapped in a Small tortilla with some kind of I don't know what seasoning on the half I couldn't eat with Frozen fries. Very limited menu because there was a show that night and the kitchen gets overwhelmed! Poor guys. It's a RESTAURANT!! We were sat at a table but requested to be moved to a booth which was denied. Only two of their booths were occupied the whole time we were there.

We stayed at the Sheraton next door for our wedding in Dundas, and asked this bar if we could reserve some space for a big group for drinks and dinner the night before. They graciously offered us the whole rooftop patio and allowed us to stay until close with about 30 of our friends and family. The service was great for such a big group and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the atmosphere was super cute!!

Always come here before a movie. Nice place to eat in the same mall. Today came my usual 9pm sign says 10pm close. Figured 1 hour is plenty of time to get some wings and chat while waiting for movie. Nope staff wanted to close early. Saw them sitting down inside with the doors locked. Was very sad. Girlfriend mad at me. Movie sucked. Ruined night. Fix your hours.

Terrible bar to go to for a couple. Wife and I went on a getaway to Hamilton and we stopped in here however, the experience was terrible. The waiter was “okay” in terms of friendliness and service however the food was terrible. We ordered a spin dip and the chips were like Doritos that nobody shut the bag on in two days and the pita was undercooked and limp. We paid and left the place.,returned several minutes later for my vape that I left but it disappeared. Such a shame I even left the waiter a tip. Please do not go here.. you will regret it
