I contacted Vincent about bringing the food truck to my husbands 40th birthday party. He was very responsive, worked with me to set a menu with various options and answered all of my questions regarding how service would go. Leading up to the event Vincent was in contact with me numerous times to confirm I didn’t have any outstanding questions. He is kind, helpful and a pleasure to deal with!
