Great little spot to play some arcade and pinball. My wife grabbed a slice and it was incredible. Can't wait to return and try some of their other food.

Grimy rats at the bar.Went here last night, the place looked awesome online. Bought a beer and walked around, lost $5.50 on a karaoke machine and driving game. Both broken, still plugged in and without an out of order sign. Went and asked the bartender I had given a $5er tip to for a refund and all they had to say was “sorry about that” before turning to their co working and saying “ I gotta go” and walking away. Forget stars I give this place two middle fingers up.

I had a great experience tonight at a meet up event. My friend and I shared a large 14" pizza which has 8 slices. It was pretty tasty but a little on the toasty side. We also shared Brussels sprouts, which were delicious. I had a perfect cocktail for a reasonable price. The upstairs has arcade games. We all had a great time. Service was great. Vibes were excellent. I would consider hosting an event there as well. P.S. They have a vegan menu and a regular menu. There's something for everyone.

Honestly love this place! Great spot to hang out with friends, enjoy some drinks and a pizza. The service is always fantastic and the arcade games are a blast. Just remember your pinball quarters!

Great spot for a date, hang w the kids or for an easy beeezy Sunday spend. The arcade games are all free play. We grabbed drinks and food from downstairs and then had a fun time in the arcade room upstairs

Not as good as it once was.
Ordered hot wings- asked for extra doneness. They were not hot at all in fact no flavour- and barely cooked. Gross.
Pizza was also disappointing- very doughy and just not very tasty. For the price- nah. I don’t recommend.

You will leave this spot in a good Moody :-). We popped in to relive Hess Village as I've returned to Hamilton to help my aging mom. Wow, Hess Village has become a bit of a ghost town and unfortunately would now serve as a great set for an end of days, zombie movie!!! This place is more lively and has a great buzz, energy and overall good Moody factor. I had a pint, my lassy a fancy drink and we ordered the artichoke wings that were fly!!!! Our server was awesome and our only suggestion is to refrain from using plastic ramekins as they rest in our environment for over 500 years!!! Follow ketchum.house for more eco tips!!!
