5/5 stars! I recently discovered this hidden gem of a Greek bakery in our local community, and I'm so glad I did! I purchased a variety of treats, including loukoumades, spanakopita, a pack of papadopoulos cookies for my son and galaktobourteko, and every single item was absolutely delicious.
The loukoumades were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, drizzled with the perfect amount of honey. The spanakopita was flaky and savory, with just the right balance of spinach and feta. The cookies were crunchy and sweet, and the galaktobourteko... oh, the galaktobourteko! The custard was creamy and smooth, wrapped in a delicate phyllo pastry.
What really impressed me, though, was the clear love and care that goes into each and every item. You can tell that the bakers here are passionate about their craft, and that they're dedicated to sharing a taste of Greece with our community.
I'll be back again and again to try more of their delicious offerings. If you're a fan of Greek sweets, or just looking to try something new, do yourself a favor and stop by this amazing bakery!

We were in the area and just decided to use Google maps to find the nearest top-rated baklava, and this was it.
It was well worth it. For only $16, my husband and I each tried one piece of every type of baklava they had. It was some of the best baklava we've ever tried.
I appreciated the recommendations. I was ready to buy pounds of it, but she advised against it because it needs to stay at room temperature. So we were unusually conservative and only grabbed 1 piece each of every type they had.
We aren't from the area, and it was so good that we regretted not at least doubling the order, but in truth, we probably would have just eaten it all in one sitting and gotten stomachaches... It was so good, it was hard to stop. We didn't even intend to eat what we did buy in one sitting.

Aristos is truly talented at what he does. They deserve awards/national recognition!!! Whatever you try there you can taste the love and passion in everything he produces. The almond cookies, ekmek, galaktobouriko, etc. etc. No matter what you get to satisfy your Hellenic sweets cravings, satisfaction is assured. Great people make great businesses. If God ever blesses me with an opportunity to invest in these guys I would do it in a heartbeat. No second thought about it necessary.

Aristos Greek Bakery makes the freshest and yummiest desserts and cookies we’ve ever had. My husband and I tried them for the first time and we were mind blown. We couldn’t have enough. If you live in Hamilton, you are lucky to have this dessert shop close to you. If you don’t live in Hamilton, the drive there just to try them I s definitely worth it.
