Service is always amazing. Staff are extremely friendly and timely. Will always be my go-to spot for a coffee break or lunch :)

I stopped by this location today on the way to work to grab some coffee. It is located in the path on king street.

From the first moment I entered, the lady at the cash welcomed me so warm with a beautiful smile. The store vibe was so cool and positive. It smelled like fresh coffee and donut.

I grabbed a large coffee and I can say it was damn fresh and smelling super nice. You can add your own creamer which is what I really liked about this place.

The whole place was super clean and bright. The lady at the cash was, again, super warm and fast to help. The person who gave me my order as well was super nice with a nice smile.

They have this fresh water and lemon for free so you can start your day fresh.

Price wise, I prefer coming here to other franchise stores, like tims or starbucks. I liked the service and friendliness of staff pretty much alot and the whole store vibe attracted me to come back again.

As it is located in the path, so its hard to find parking if you are driving.

this is a very beautiful looking aroma. i got a great iced americano from there. they still have plastic straws which is an amazing plus. the staff are very sweet. i only wish there were more places to sit. but the aesthetic is very beautiful.

Espresso is decent enough.

Ordered a London Fog this morning on my way into work. Overall, the drink was decent (not my first time here but also not a regular). Service can definitely improve, the lady at the cash register was quite friendly. However, the lady making the beverages was fairly rude (wore glasses, had a high ponytail). The customer before me who ordered a drink, I can see that he was having a conversation with her. After he left, I stepped closer to the table area to grab mine that was ready and I simply asked her where the lids were and she didn’t even make single eye contact nor acknowledge me she points to the corner looking down. Quite disrespectful, it’s great you play favourites to regular faces but as someone who works remotely majority of the time, coming into the office once in a while I didn’t appreciate this type of customer service.

A new and definitely one of the best Aroma locations I’ve been to, drinks are always delicious, the staff are friendly and hardworking. The new veggie burger is a great surprise, hopefully that stays on the permanent menu!=====Post pandemic visit, this place is still clean and friendly. The new updated menu focuses more on healthy wholesome food. The power veggie burger is still on the menu! (PS: with high inflation recently, the food prices have gone up everywhere nowadays, I find the prices here to be very reasonable given the quality ingredient they use.)

This is the best location of Aroma that I’ve been to. The staffs are very friendly and the place is very clean, not like other aroma the dairy station where the customers put the sugar and the dairies is dirty, but in this place it is very clean and organize. I never put any review on google but this location exceeded my expectations in customer service. I love how the staffs accommodate the customers, I even asked the lady in the cashier what can she suggest in the menu and she didn’t disappoint me. The steak and cheesemelt that she suggest is reallygood. I’ve neen craving for it since I taste it. And the hazelnut latte taste new to me. The sweetness on it is just right. Wort it to buy here. The pricess in the menu is reasonable because the food taste really good, plus the customer service that you’re getting from them is really the best.I’ll be back in this location for sure when I pass by downtown again.

I have been to many Aroma Espresso Bars because I love the coffee and they also have great salads. Unfortunately, the salad I had at this location was poor. I asked for chicken on top of the Sweet Potato salad. The chicken was dry and cold and had no taste. I told the staff this but they did not offer any sort of compensation. At least the coffee was great...

$7.95 ($11 with cheese and tax) for a half tuna sandwich??? Please re-evaluate your pricing. Tuna is cheap. Bread is cheap. There is no reason for a half tuna sandwich to be $7.95.
