This restaurant is a bag of mixed emotions. It looks okay on the main door, in door isn’t bad . It’s small but carries this cozy vibe. Suitable more for students, I’d say. The food looks okay too but the taste…the taste is another issue. It doesn’t match the look. It tastes like Chinese food. Let me explain…I think they don’t use the Korean ingredients to make traditional Korean dishes, but instead just use any generic soya sauce and spice to make these original dishes. Fried dumplings are kinda hard & oily. Service is okay. I’d suggest owl of minerva restaurant if you wanna try Korean dishes. Pricing is fair.

Probably one of the better Korean spots in Hamilton! There’s always busy, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated on a Friday night as the restaurant is quite small. We really enjoyed the food. Would definitely recommend getting the Korean fried chicken or getting one of their hotpot as their portions are huge. We also got their Tteok bokki (rice cakes), the sauce was really tasty but a lot of their rice cakes were cracked or broken. Staff was nice and food came out fairly quickly! Would definitely recommend checking them out.

The place is amazing and cozy, with service that is always top of the line. They provide unlimited side dishes and regularly check in on tables, refilling the dishes liberally. Their bibimbap is definitely my favorite, I love the pork kalbi and bulgogi bibimbaps as well as their bibimbap sauce.
Absolutely wonderful service, and so friendly! One of my faves out of several i have been to. The food was extremely filling and very tasty! Kimchi was sooooo good, I got some extra to add to my leftover take home! Large portions.. I would definitely recommend this place! ??

Food is good but wondering how you guys wash dishes? Just notice staff handwashing the dishes instead of dishwasher. Just pretty much lightly wash and rinse and dry with same dish towel. Is it because it's mainly for take out only ?
