I asked the guy working on the counter about the food being Halal. Unfortunately, after an initial conversation, the guy told me that they don’t have a certification.As per the guy, the ownership and management has also recently changed. I’d suggest Muslims to better take precaution.

It’s so sad that I’m writing this because at one point I stood by this place and truly enjoyed it but the new employees and lack of focus/training/care from the owner have completely demolished the food quality and service over the past few months. I live right beside the plaza and use to go to this place on a consistent basis because it was so close and actually good at the time, but ever since the main lady behind the counter left I have not enjoyed my food there once. Today I thought I’d give it a shot since it’s been awhile and all I got was a slap in the face to what I know can come out of that restaurant. I simply ordered a poutine and this is what I received.. Not only did it look like garbage, it tasted like garbage and well digging through it because I couldn’t believe my eyes I found a piece of something? And a hair.. Better training definitely needs to be given to those employees and better health protocols need to be put in place, because I’m appalled.
