The restaurant itself is very nice. However upon receiving our drinks, my boyfriend noticed there was lipstick on the rim of his water glass. The lipstick was still wet, this glass was freshly used by someone else. When we brought it to our servers attention there was a lack of concern, he made a joke about the lipstick “not being his shade”. Hardly even an apology. For what seems to be more of an upscale restaurant you would think they would be more concerned about something as gross as that. We then waited a fairly long time for two pasta dishes when the restaurant was practically empty. And the food was subpar. Not worth the price paid at all.

So been there a few times and loved everything we have tried and the server Chris was also our server the last few times and been not only a very nice man but also very happy and just a pleasure to be around. We always talk about the east coast as his mom lives where I grew up in a small town not many even know exist. I can't wait to go back. As a chef and cook of 25 years I am always impressed by the quality and execution at this restaurant. It is my favorite place I have eaten and me and the lady will for sure be back... Five out of five overall and I send my friends and fellow cooks and chefs there as well.

This was my second visit to Baci, and I’m ever happier this time.
The words “hidden gem” get thrown around a lot, but I honestly think it fully applies here.
The food is amazing, the chef(s) are great,the people working are happy, everyone is joking and laughing.
Did I mention the wood fired pizza oven?
My one regret is that by the time I’m halfway through my plate, I realize that there is no way to order coffee or desert. One day I’m going there just for salad and desert.
Please don’t change guys, you’re awesome as you are.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — the pizza was a standout! Everything came out hot and on time. Prices felt fair for the quality, and the portions were generous. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends. Ava did phenomenal with her service. She was outgoing and friendly. 10/10 experience

Thank you to Baci Ristorante for being able to host such a lovely private event for 30+ people! The food was lovely - went back up for the Eggs Benny four times. The charcuterie board was beautifully organized with a great selection of meats, cheeses, and fruits. Would highly recommend for a private event in the future, especially with the help of staff member Chris!
