The best gluten free items for all occasions. The gluten free bread crumbs are the perfect gf substitute for all cooking. The bakery items are also amazing. Kieth baked the most delicious moist cupcakes that I served at a recent birthday party. It’s so nice to pick between 5 flavours!

I have never actually been here myself, but my sister lives nearby and brings me treats. I have never tasted such delicious gluten free desserts. I have not had a single one I didn't love. Wish I lived nearby!

Absolutely a god sent bakery! Keith is so friendly and helpful especially to a new customer! The buns are great! The pizza buns are delicious legit want to eat them all in one sitting. The bloodies were my favourite. Will definitely be going back!!!!

I was looking for a gluten free bakery and got more than I expected! It was such a warm and wonderful experience and will encourage everyone to come get their baked goods here from this small and local place. There is so much care and consideration put into this shop and it was such a great opportunity to chat with Keith.
Highly recommend the cupcakes! I'm looking forward to trying more things (in particular the housemade bread!)

Simply wow! I have cut down on white flour due to the inflammation it causes for me and the treats at this bakery are A1 perfection. My favourites are the twix bar, lemon square and peanut butter square. So delicious. My sons don’t avoid gluten and said all the desserts were outstanding. I will return over and over again. The owner is also very friendly and knowledgeable. What a gem of a spot!

WONDERFUL! My parents are gluten free so Im always looking for options that are good, i was recommended here and the treats are fantastic, i just bought 4 carrot cake cupcakes and u could not tell whats so ever that they were gluten free! Im not gluten free and even i go over for the treats myself, the lemon tarts are soooo good and the white choco cranberry tarts! Service is fantastic and always helpful, Hes very knowledgeable when it comes to his practice which is always something to appreciate and in knowing what youre buying has thought put in. Anywaysss try them out, cant tell u enough u wont be disappointed!

I've celiac disease, I tried their GF bread which made me sick, my stomach was in pain, and I felt discomfort all night.
Also, their bread taste weird- No, it wasn't expired. I am not sure why its so overpriced when it makes people sick and taste horrible.

AN AWESOME dedicated gluten free bakery.Keith’s baked goods are out of this world. If you are gluten free and in the Hamilton area this is a must-visit. Or even if you’re not gluten free, go here anyway and get some cupcakes! Our favorites were the caramel cupcakes, the lemon cupcakes, the carrot cupcakes and Keith’s buns and breads which truly taste homemade and don’t crumble instantly like other GF buns. Cupcakes are perfectly balanced and not too sweet— a sign of true baker artistry! Go support this awesome small local business.

I went in today because I was in the area and wanted to check it out!I met Keith and had such a lovely conversation, and really got to know who the face behind the sign is and it was so nice chatting with him about his love for his business. You can tell he loves what he does and values everyone who comes in. There’s a great selection of sweets & treats, but also has super yummy dinner options too!P.S. the pizza buns are DELISH! Literally eating one right now as I type this!If you have a gluten intolerance, or just have a sweet tooth this is my new go-to recommendation! If you have the chance to swing by and meet Keith and browse around, please do!10/10⭐️
