Service was completely horrible, I only asked to use the washroom but was met with a face full of attitude. I don’t know what happened to the worker but when I politely asked to use the washroom, I was told that I must be a customer ( I was completely fine with this) so I decided to buy something cheap as I was not hungry, and asked for an Arizona iced tea. This is where I was met with attitude. The worker told me “no , we aren’t doing this today” I was shocked as I was polite and was met with attitude, a simple “you must buy a food item” was good but apparently not for him. He acted like I was going to vandalize the place, and I just don’t understand why I was met with someone so rude. Apparently you should never go here to politely ask to use the washroom.Please give your workers service training

I live in Toronto and every time I’m in Hamilton, I am excited to stop here. The bread is fresh, the pate and mayo make every sandwich amazing and the guy working the front is always friendly while preparing sandwiches quickly.This place is so good and a must stop when you need an affordable easy bite to eat.

Authentic and affordable! Glad I finally got to try this banh mi place located just minutes away from the Farmer’s Market. Service was very friendly, tried the assorted cold cut $6 which was super flavourful (added chile oil, would recommend) and lemongrass chicken $7! Friendly service as well, made to order right in front of you. Would come back to try their other menu items!Vegetarian options: Tofu

Amazing Banh Mi. It was so good after we finished one we ordered another. The ingredients tasted so fresh, the meat was flavorful, the bread was crispy and a perfect size.The service was also incredible, the staff are so friendly and make sure they’re making your meal exactly how you want it. If you ask for it spicy it’s actually spicy. Seems like it’s a combination of fresh chillies and a chilli oil.Such a filling meal for such a cheap price. I’d commute to Hamilton just to have this.

This place is one of Hamilton’s last hidden gems. Delicious food and amazing value and the most friendly family service ever. The only thing I’d change is raising the prices a little bit, I honestly think the value is too good. You guys deserve a raise!Vegetarian options: Fried tofu banh mi is fantastic. Get double spice for extra kick.

Excellent value sandwiches!Got the tofu bahn mi, a vietnamese iced coffee, a spring roll and a sesame ball all for around $12. A filling, fresh, delicious lunch. Will be back!
