Saturday November 22nd 2025 5:30pm approx; Guy and girl on shift. Guy was rude to girl, hushed her in the rudest of ways in front of us customers. The guy mumbles words in a foreign language to me while taking my order. He was annoyed. I am under the impression he murmured insults or derogatory terms to myself in a foreign language (Hindi?). This experience is a wake up call, because another customer will simply attack this employee and cause a big scene. I hope this review is addressed by the supervisors / owners accordingly.

Vegan sauces would have made it better. Most of the sauces were Mayo based which had eggs.
The quality of the cutlery was very cheap plastic which would easily bend. Had hard time eating with that.
More vegetarian/Vegan friendly would have been great

Cheap with toppings, freshness wasn’t so fresh. Other locations are much better kept. This location was a let down.
Super chintzy portions and won’t allow you to get fried meat on tacos as well as the already prepared ones… apparently you can’t mix and match.
Lack lustre experience and I won’t be back.
I had an extremely unprofessional experience on Cinco de mayo at this location. One of the employees got into a shouting match with a delivery driver in front of customers while his co worker was trying to calm him down and get him to pay attention to the customers in line.instead this employee countinued to shout at the delivery driver for a few minutes when he should have just let it go and served the customers in line. I feel bad for the employee who was trying to calm his angry go worker down and get him to pay attention to paying customers.when it came my turn I told the employee he just lost a customer and walked out, I went to Burrito Guyz instead. Management needs to train thier employees to remain calm in thease types of situations and to act more professional, it is embarrassing and uncomfortable for everyone who has to watch.
Employees are always sitting in the back, i bet they lost so much business by doing this. I know this happens because I'm a regular around these places. What a shame to have these types of lazy workers

Ordered online for the first time from this location. Asked that the sauce be on the side. When I went to pick it up they charged me an additional $2+tax to have the sauce on the side. This was not extra sauce but simply the sauce that would have come on the food. Was never charged this at my usual location and eat there frequently. Food was still good.
Ordered a burrito today. The chicken and rice were cold. I took two bites and threw it in the trash. Really disappointed with the food. Didn’t expect the greatest but expected something edible. Will not be going back again!

Always super friendly and attentive staff that give very generous servings of food at a good price. Definitely a repeat customer!
