I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While making my burrito, they put in very small portions of each ingredient, and when I politely asked for a bit more, the staff acted as if I was doing something wrong. That kind of attitude is unacceptable. Customers should not feel guilty for simply asking for a fair portion. I will never be visiting this store again.

Order burritos couple times week, walk in and staff (Mary) sitting out in on her phone. Ordered 2 large spicy chicken she takes container to back for like 5 mins. We get rice, brown beans, chicken, cheese, corn, burrito sauce and hot sauce (1 with extra hot) I had to ask her to mark the hot one which I would think that would be obvious! Mary always shorts on every item every time. Now she tells me head office only allows 2 lines sauce and may I add not a friendly person at all and not meant for customer service position as she was not happy that I walked in and disturbed her. I have no problem paying for extra burrito sauce but that wasn’t an option. With the cut backs on product and lack of customer service I will be going to my other Burrito places

Teach your staff that delivery drivers are also at the restaurant for your customers. I was at your restaurant at 5:12 pm to pick up a delivery order and no one else was inside and your staff tells me just 5 mins it will be ready and starts making order for the other customer who came in after me and after the left she starts making my order which does not make sense as delivery order was from your customer not mine. I was suppose to pick up order at 5:16 pm and it had been over 25 mins since i was at the restaurant and still the order was not ready.
This is a joke a you treat drivers as a they are not important. Your service sucks for your own customers as well as the driver.

The staff is as stingy as a squirrel hiding nuts during winter ive never had to ask any store staff so many times to add a little bit more. I went for a burritobbox which only specified protein or beans and in protein i chose falafel which was declined stated “it doesn’t go with it” ??
