Yeah the food is tasty every single time, but for me, it is the service that keeps me coming back. Everyone is always so friendly and they make you feel so welcome. Even if it is just a “fast food” joint. There are two girls that work there, usually in the evening, they are the sweetest. They always pay such lovely compliments even though I show up after a nasty gym session.
There is always fresh rice, protein and veggies ready. Nothing ever tastes like it’s been sitting all day.
I’m highly recommend this location over any other. Including competitors.

I come from owning 4 quick service restaurants. I have over 10 years experience in the game and had I used the bathroom before I ordered my food, I would not have ordered.
The bathroom is the most obvious dirty area of a restaurant. If you cannot keep that clean, then god knows what’s sliding behind the counter. It was disgusting. I’ve attached photo for reference. I really hope they take this seriously because I didn’t want to touch a thing in there. I felt dirtier leaving the bathroom than when I went in.
Now for a positive, the food did taste great. Everything seemed and appeared to be fresh. But I judged restaurant by how they take care of their dirtiest place, the bathroom.
The atmosphere was dull and quiet. It’s nice to sit with a bit of background music. It seemed like a boring spot. Go to a Pita Pit or a few other burrito spots around town, and they are bumping the tunes and the place feels lively.
I hope they consider these items and make immediate improvements. The place could be great, but if I go for a second time and see the same items, I’ll never return.

My go-to place for burritos and bowls is this place. I haven’t been disappointed in a year. The consistency, portion sizes, and quality are amazing. My personal favorite is the falafel, and their signature queso with chips is great too.
