Disappointed with the service. I visited this BarBurrito location today, and the staff were rude for no reason. Even as someone who works at another BarBurrito, I know we always try to treat customers respectfully and go the extra mile ,including letting them choose more than two sauces. It was really disappointing to see such poor attitude and lack of customer care here. Definitely not the kind of service BarBurrito is known for.

Getting really annoyed with bar burrito. Portions are getting smaller by the week and prices are staying the same. The side of chips with the tacos used to come in a separate bag and then they shrunk the bag. Now they give you a dinky handful in the same box so the chips get soggy too.

It was a burrito… fine, not great. Very average. If you’re looking for unique and authentic Mexican flavouring this is not it but it’s not bad… just average.
I love the burritos of this location. The servers are always helpful and welcoming especially Annu she recommended us veg falafel and it was really good. Thankyou and keep up the good work😊👍

I tried burrito once in my life from Burlington and I didn’t like that However its my second time to try at Hamilton and a girl named Annu defined me everything very well and helped me to choose the protein and the sauces . It was crunchy chicken burrito and I loved it. Thanks to her👏🏻 I’ll definitely try again and recommend it too.
