This is one of my favourite food chain in Markham and went in Hamilton too while visiting. The experience was rather unpleasant as the portions for (crunchy chicken bowl) were surprisingly way lesser like they don’t even wanna fill the bowl and I had to ask couple times to add more just enough to feed myself. Simran who was helping probably a new hire was not giving enough directions for customer satisfaction but to save some for the next day business! I wish I could share a picture just to show how empty the bowl is compared to this location and one in Markham!

When to get food with my sister and I ordered first the least was treating me really bad and talking in an unacceptable way after I got my food my sister ordered and then the lady would put like 2 tomatoes on and when my sister asked for more she talked to her coworker in a different language another thing this did is when we ask for more then 2 sauces they act surprised like we’re aloud to put on more then 5 sauces if we wanted too they shouldn’t be surprised when we ask for 3 sauces over all experience 2/10 food was good but service was horrible wouldn’t recommend going to this location. The was also a piece of hair inside my bowl absolutely disgusting would not recommend atleast this branch

I visited the Popeyes at 1711 Main Street West, Hamilton, ON, and my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered two deluxe sandwiches, and the server informed me it would take 5-7 minutes for them to be made fresh, which I appreciated. However, after waiting about 10 minutes, I received my order only to find that both the buns and chicken were cold, suggesting they had been reheated rather than freshly made.
When I approached the server to address the issue, I was met with defensiveness and eye-rolling. Despite my repeated requests for a fresh sandwich, she took it back but left it sitting on a table in full view. Instead of making my sandwich, she proceeded to collect garbage in the dining area. After finishing her task, she handed me the same cold sandwich.
Overall, the service was disrespectful and unprofessional, and I left feeling frustrated. I won’t be returning to this location.

I was looking for a late night dinner spot and I’ve heard a few people recommend bar burrito. So I looked up the times online and saw that it was open until 12am and decided to go. I get there at 9:52pm and the store is closed. I check the sign outside and it says Saturday night it’s open until 12am. I can see a worker inside so i knock on the door. She comes and says it’s closed, I point to the sign and she says oh we need to change that. Thankfully she let me in after I complained that I drove 20 minutes there. If you’re going to change your hours, update google and your sign.
This place is the best place you can get a burrito, this place is so clean,aesthetic,fresh and delicious I felt like I was a a top restaurant.The service was great I was greated by a kind warm hearted 10/10 chef the way the care was put into my food and how fresh it was made my day better.I go here almost everyday and the care of the costumer service and love the kind people put into a small burrito shop it really is the best burrito shop iv ever been to it really is the best burrito shop
