The cook is not the greatest at listening. I ordered medium Buffalo wings. I usually eat hot. What I got was suicide. I only ate 3 and sent them back. On a earlier visit I ordered nachos and got catsup for salsa. The bar staff were awesome and karaoke was great with very good hosts.

Was there for the first time tonight! The bar was all dressed up for Halloween! Saw the Hammer Tones and the vibe was so cool!! The service was really good and very attentive! It was actually much bigger than what I thought it was! I would recommend it as a neighborhood bar!
Went for stand up on October 6th, they are doing it biweekly! Had a great time with friends. It was only 10$ for an Angus burger and fries which is unheard of anywhere else. Food was great and so was service

My wife and I hardly take time off from our job. We decided we needed a little vacation so we came to Hamilton and we wanted a night out to have some fun and we chose the Touch Down pub on Barton st. Walking in it had that old time pub bar feel to it that just made you welcomed. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful explaining when karaoke starts and pool tables were fun. When I inquired about a certain mixed drink. The bartender didn't hesitate on looking it up and how to make and asked Joanne what to charge for the drinks which the price was fair. We sang or tried to sing a few songs had a few games of pool and a few drinks and had a really good time. We ended our night with the mixed drink I inquired about earlier in the evening and the bartender jumped right on it and made to perfection and even very happliy called us a cab when we were ready to leave. So all in all my wife and I had amazing time and look forward to the next time as we will for surely returning to the touch down pub again for another great night out. Thank you everyone there last night for making us feel welcomed. See ya'll next time. Brian& Ann Marie
