I visited the Baskin-Robbins located on Upper James. This evening, the two staff members who served me were very friendly and professional. The young lady suggested I try the Mango Mania, and I was pleased with her recommendation. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing, but she made me feel very welcome. The customer service was excellent, and the store was immaculate.

This is our favourite ice cream spot to visit with the kids! We love all the delicious flavours of ice cream and cakes. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable—special shoutout to Nancy, she's the best!

Went to visit this past Saturday with my wife and son. The lady was so rude , she was starring at me with this look like she was Jabba the Hut. I wanted to try some ice cream but I was scared to ask it felt like I was in the hunger games. Then she started talking to her co worker in a language like I was hooked on phonics. What a joke customer service has become. I wanted an ice cream and it felt like I was going to have to wrestle John cena if I wanted one. No thanks. Grabbed an ice cream sandwich at Macs Milk

I’ve gotten multiple cakes from this place and have been nothing but disappointed. First off, they are so expensive for absolutely no reason. Secondly, they can NEVER get the cake orders correct. I’ve gone in on multiple occasions (have officially given up at this point and will be finding another business to support) and each time I have gotten a cake it has been incorrect, the flavour is a totally different kind than I’ve asked for, the icing that they colour tastes absolutely horrible, and not to mention the lack of care. Ive called and asked for them to be more mindful when making the orders as this has been an issue over and over again but have been told to “go leave a review” rather than them simply communicating with their staff. Spend your money elsewhere!

We went to this locations earlier tonight. Normally we go to marble slab but thought we would try BR tonight. Store was clean, interesting flavours and my favourite part - the waffle cones were fresh - not stale like the last time I visited marble slab. The price was also better if you don’t need all the mix ins. I had a double scoop of cotton candy. The portion was huge. Staff was friendly and helpful. This will be my new go-to spot for ice cream

Is closing the hot fudge machine half an hour before closing the norm?

Always greeted by such nice people. Very clean and well run.

Loved the place and the staff but operation timing is pathetic. We always have to rush at the closing. Have some extended hours for summer atleast.
