I heard so many good things about this place I placed my first order and was all excited to finally try it and they canceled my order, no phone call, no explanation, nothing. I will never order from here again. Very poor way to conduct business especially for a first time customer.

No sandwich is worth $26. Especially when the establishment braises pork shoulder (brisket) and does not remove the massive chunks of fat attached to it. It's disgusting when you take a bite of a sandwich and get a mouth full of pork fat. For a $26, I spit half it out because I thought I ordered a brisket sandwich but received briskfat. This is not a Canadian restaurant. It's is an Indian restaurant mascarading as Canadian. A fact of which explains the grossly overpriced menu consisting of 3rd world cooking skills. Greasy fat filled undercooked brisket!!! Is what I received. It literally made me sick it was that bad!!!

Unbelievable! As a supervisor I was tasked with organizing an employee appreciation day for my workforce which consists of 15 individuals. From my first call to our final bites, we were extremely grateful. The owners were very pleasant when taking my order and had it ready on time! Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to get a picture to post here as it was gobbled up quickly. The food was absolutely fantastic and BBQ Bandits is at the top of my go to for a smokehouse. The price is definitely worth the portions you get. Well Done!

This takeout spot is WORTH IT! Bbq chicken and ribs are the best I’ve had in Canada. Best poutine outside of Quebec. You get your moneys worth and you won’t be disappointed. Staff are warm and helpful too. I plan to keep coming back for years.
